本研究正是基于这一背景，旨在收集哈尔滨医科大学附属第四医院手术室就诊的研究参与者的关键信息与术中监测指标数据，构建术中监测数据库，并通过机器学习的方法对围术期并发症及不良事件进行预测。术中数据的智能化分析是迈向精准麻醉的核心挑战。本研究有望为临床麻醉医生提供实时风险预警工具，优化术中管理策略，促进信息共享、助力教学科研、推动麻醉学科发展，提高医疗服务的效率和质量。  

Objectives of Study：

Based on this background, this study aimed to collect the key information and intraoperative monitoring index data of the study participants in the operating room of the Fourth Affiliated Hospital of Harbin Medical University, construct an intraoperative monitoring database, and predict perioperative complications and adverse events through machine learning. Intelligent analysis of intraoperative data is the core challenge towards precision anesthesia. This study is expected to provide clinical anesthesiologists with real-time risk early warning tools, optimize intraoperative management strategies, promote information sharing, facilitate teaching and research, promote the development of anesthesiology, and improve the efficiency and quality of medical services.

纳入标准：

1.近五年内在哈尔滨医科大学附属第四医院手术室接受手术的研究参与者； 2.研究参与者本人、法定代理人或授权委托人同意参与研究，并签署知情同意书； 3.术中持续监测（ECG、BIS、血流动力学等）； 4.术后住院时间>=24小时；

Inclusion criteria

1.Research participants who underwent surgery in the surgery room of the Fourth Affiliated Hospital of Harbin Medical University within the past five years; 2.The research participants themselves, their legal representatives or authorized agents agree to participate in the research and sign the informed consent form; 3.Continuous intraoperative monitoring (ECG, BIS, hemodynamics, etc.); 4.The postoperative hospital stay was >=24 hours;

排除标准：

1.急危重症等研究者认为不适合入组的情况；
2.拒绝签署知情同意书的研究参与者；
3.监测数据缺失，完整性<80%的病例；
4.数据记录不准确，存在明显错误或矛盾的情况；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Situations such as acute and critical conditions that researchers consider unsuitable for inclusion;
2.Research participants who refused to sign the informed consent form;
3.The monitoring data is missing and the completeness is less than 80% of the cases;
4.The data recording is inaccurate, with obvious errors or contradictions;
