研究目的：

1、探析血液透析患者营养不良的原因，明确可靠的适用于血液透析患者营养不良评估的指标。 2、明确NST的工作模式，建立长期运行机制。 3、改善血液透析患者的营养状况，提高生活质量。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Explore the causes of malnutrition in hemodialysis patients and identify reliable indicators suitable for the assessment of malnutrition in hemodialysis patients. 2. Clarify the working mode of NST and establish a long-term operation mechanism. 3. Improve the nutritional status of hemodialysis patients and improve their quality of life.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.符合终末期肾病诊断的血液透析患者；
2.白蛋白＜38g/L；
3.无肿瘤诊断；
4.年龄＞=18岁；
5.同意接受管理并能按要求执行；

Inclusion criteria

1.hemodialysis patients with end-stage renal disease;
2.albumin＜38g/L;
3.no diagnosis of tumors;
4.age＞=18years;
5.consent to management and fulfill responsibilities as stipulated;

排除标准：

1.非终末期肾病患者；
2.白蛋白＞=38g/L；
3.有肿瘤诊断；
4.年龄＜18岁；
5.拒绝接受管理；

Exclusion criteria：

1.patients with non-end stage renal disease;
2.albumin＞=38g/L;
3.with diagnosis of tumors;
4.age<18years;
5.reject management;
