研究目的：

观察患者热量限制前后疾病相关指标的变化，包括血糖、血脂、胰岛素、代谢组学，LCN2在极低热量限制治疗代谢综合征患者外周血中的表达及与疾病相关指标的相关性。从而探讨限制热量疗法在治疗MetS过程中的分子机制，为限制热量治疗MetS提供新的理论依据，探索更有效的个体化精准营养治疗策略。  

Objectives of Study：

The changes of disease-related indicators before and after caloric restriction were observed, including blood glucose, blood lipid, insulin, and metabolomics. The expression of LCN2 in peripheral blood of patients with metabolic syndrome treated with very low calorie restriction and its correlation with disease-related indicators were observed. Thus, the molecular mechanism of caloric restriction therapy in the treatment of MetS was explored, which provided a new theoretical basis for the treatment of MetS with caloric restriction, and explored a more effective individualized precision nutrition treatment strategy.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

包括诊断为MetS和年龄18-65岁，糖化血红蛋白＜10%，体重指数(BMI)<=40kg／m^2，糖尿病和（或）高血压病程＜5年。MetS的诊断标准：必须具备：中心性肥胖：中国人男性腰围>=90cm，女性腰围>=80cm，另加下列4因素中任意两项:1.甘油三酯(TG)水平升高>=1.7mmol/L，或已接受针对此脂质异常的特殊治疗；2.高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)水平降低：男性＜1.03mmol/L，女性＜1.29mmol/L，或已接受针对此脂质异常的特殊治疗；3.血压升高：收缩压>=130mmHg或舒张压>=85mmHg，或此前已被诊断为高血压接受治疗；4.空腹血糖升高：空腹血糖(FBG)>=5.6mmol/L，或已被诊断为2型糖尿病。

Inclusion criteria

These include a diagnosis of MetS and age 18 to 65 years, glycosylated hemoglobin < 10%, body mass index (BMI) < = 40 kg/m^2, and diabetes and/or hypertension < 5 years. Diagnostic criteria for MetS: Must have: central obesity: Chinese waist circumference > = 90 cm for men and > = 80 cm for women, plus any two of the following 4 factors: 1. Elevated triglyceride (TG) level >=1.7 mmol/L, or have received special treatment for this lipid abnormality; 2. Decreased levels of high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C): 1.03 mmol/L < for men and 1.29 mmol/L =130mmHg or diastolic blood pressure >=85mmHg, or has been previously diagnosed with hypertension for treatment; 4. Elevated fasting blood glucose: fasting blood glucose (FBG) >=5.6mmol/L, or has been diagnosed with type 2 diabetes.

排除标准：

包括妊娠、哺乳期、严重的心脏病、严重的肝病（脂肪肝除外）、营养不良、大量吸烟、药物滥用、癌症或任何严重的全身性疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

These include pregnancy, lactation, severe heart disease, severe liver disease (except fatty liver), malnutrition, heavy smoking, substance abuse, cancer, or any serious systemic illness.
