研究目的：

开展本项调查研究，旨在观察颌面部软组织外伤、牙外伤的患（儿）者情绪、自我认知以及生活质量的变化，通过护理干预是否会降低疾病对患（儿）者情绪、自我认知的影响，从而提高患者口腔相关的生活质量；并分析人口学因素、社会经济学、以及病情本身对患（儿）者及其家属情绪、自我认知以及生活质量变化程度的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

This survey research is carried out with the aim of observing the changes in the emotions, self-cognition, and quality of life of (child) patients with maxillofacial soft tissue trauma and dental trauma. It also aims to explore whether nursing interventions can reduce the impact of the diseases on the emotions and self-cognition of the (child) patients, thereby improving their oral-related quality of life. Additionally, this research will analyze the influences of demographic factors, socioeconomics, and the nature of the illness itself on the degree of changes in the emotions, self-cognition, and quality of life of the (child) patients and their family members.

纳入标准：

就诊我院急诊综合科（急诊组）颌面部软组织外伤的患者及家属 就诊我院急诊综合科（急诊组）年轻恒牙牙外伤患儿及其监护人、恒牙牙外伤患者本人及其家属

Inclusion criteria

Patients with maxillofacial soft tissue trauma and their family members who seek medical treatment in the Comprehensive Emergency Department (Emergency Team) of our Stomatological Hospital. Children with traumatic injuries to their young permanent teeth, their guardians, as well as adult patients with traumatic injuries to their permanent teeth and their family members who seek medical treatment in the Comprehensive Emergency Department (Emergency Team) of our Stomatological Hospital.

排除标准：

颌面部软组织外伤：躯干及四肢外伤；无需缝合的颌面部挫裂伤；颌面部骨折 牙外伤：乳牙外伤；急诊未做处置的患者；天然牙无保留价值的牙外伤

Exclusion criteria：

Maxillofacial soft tissue trauma: Trauma to the trunk and extremities; Maxillofacial contused lacerations that do not require suture; Maxillofacial fractures. Dental trauma: Trauma to deciduous teeth; Patients who have not received any treatment in the emergency department; Dental trauma cases where the natural teeth have no value for retention.
