研究目的：

比较胸腔镜经剑突入路与经肋间下入路行前纵隔肿物切除术的安全性和可行性。  

Objectives of Study：

The present study aimed to assess the safety and feasibility of the subxiphoid approach and the lateral intercostal approach for anterior mediastinal tumors resection through video-assisted thoracic surgery (VATS).

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）诊断为前纵隔肿物，根据CT评估可完全切除。 （2）肿物包膜完整，无血管、心包侵犯。 （3）术前检查未见明显手术禁忌。

Inclusion criteria

(1) An anterior mediastinal tumor, which could be completely rescted based on the CT assessment. (2) The tumor has an intact capsule with no invasion of blood vessels or pericardium. (3) No obvious surgical contraindications were found during preoperative examination.

排除标准：

(1）既往胸部手术史； (2）肿物侵及邻近血管、肺叶或心包等重要组织； (3）合并其他影响手术的心肺疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Previous history of chest surgery; (2) Tumor invasion of adjacent vital tissues such as blood vessels, lung lobes or pericardium; (3) Coexistence of other heart and lung diseases that affect the surgery.
