Objectives of Study：

Exploring the Impact of Multi-Acupoint Electrical Stimulation on Postoperative Nausea and Vomiting in Diabetic Patients Undergoing Laparoscopic Surgery

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.拟接受择期腹腔镜手术且诊断为糖尿病的全麻患者； 2.年龄18～65岁，性别不限； 3.ASA 分级Ⅰ级～Ⅲ级； 4.麻醉时间 1～３h； 5.Apfel 评分≥ 2 分； 6.要求术后镇痛泵并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients scheduled to undergo elective laparoscopic surgery under general anesthesia and diagnosed with diabetes; 2. Aged 18 to 65 years, regardless of gender; 3. ASA (American Society of Anesthesiologists) classification of I to III; 4. Anesthesia duration of 1 to 3 hours; 5. Apfel score >= 2; 6. Requiring postoperative analgesic pump and having signed an informed consent form.

排除标准：

1.术前 24 h 内出现呕吐和/或干呕、恶心（胃肠道准备时发生的呕吐和/或干呕、恶心除外）； 2.有前庭疾病（包括但不限于：外周前庭综合征、中枢前庭综合征等）或头晕病史的患者、有可能引起恶心呕吐的消化道、中枢神经系统及其他系统疾病史； 3.穴位局部皮肤感染、破损者； 4.术中转开腹者； 5.已知对 5-HT3 受体拮抗剂及试验期间可能用到的其他药物过敏或禁忌； 6.手术后需要转移到重症监护病房（ICU）接受治疗。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients who experienced vomiting and/or retching, nausea within 24 hours before surgery (excluding vomiting and/or retching, nausea caused by gastrointestinal preparation); 2. Patients with a history of vestibular disorders (including but not limited to: peripheral vestibular syndrome, central vestibular syndrome, etc.) or dizziness, or a history of gastrointestinal, central nervous system, or other systemic diseases that may cause nausea and vomiting; 3. Patients with local skin infection or damage at the acupoint sites; 4. Patients who require conversion to open abdominal surgery during the procedure; 5. Patients with known allergies or contraindications to 5-HT3 receptor antagonists or other drugs that may be used during the trial; 6. Patients who require transfer to the intensive care unit (ICU) for treatment after surgery.
