研究目的：

通过随机对照试验，评估所构建的尊严疗法干预方案在改善终末期肾病患者心理健康、希望、尊严感、生命意义感等方面的有效性。  

Objectives of Study：

A randomized controlled trial (RCT) was conducted to evaluate the effectiveness of the developed dignity therapy intervention protocol in improving mental health, hope, sense of dignity, and sense of meaning in life among patients with end-stage renal disease.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.经临床诊断为终末期肾病，eGFR <15 mL/min/1.73 m^2; 2.年龄>=18岁; 3.能够理解干预内容以及问卷条目; 4.自愿参与研究并签署知情同意书.

Inclusion criteria

1. Clinically diagnosed end-stage renal disease, eGFR <15 mL/min/1.73 m^2; 2. Age>=18 years; 3. Able to understand the content of the intervention and the questionnaire items; 4. Voluntarily participate in the study and sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

1.患者伴有严重精神障碍（如精神分裂症或双相情感障碍）; 2.患者存在其他严重的躯体疾病，预期寿命＜3个月 ; 3.近期接受过或正在参与类似的心理干预; 4.存在严重的听觉或语言障碍，无法完成干预和评估。

Exclusion criteria：

1. The patient has a severe mental disorder (such as schizophrenia or bipolar disorder); 2. The patient has other serious physical diseases, and the life expectancy is < 3 months; 3. Have recently received or are participating in similar psychological interventions; 4. Presence of severe auditory or speech impairment that precludes completion of the intervention and assessment.
