研究目的：

探讨基于信息-知识-信念-行为理论的延续性护理在糖尿病性黄斑水肿患者中的应用效果。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the effect of continuous care based on information - knowledge - attitude - practice (IKAP) theory in patients with diabetic macular edema.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.所有研究对象均符合DME相关诊断标准； 2.均接受玻璃体腔注射抗VEGF药物治疗； 3.认知功能正常，具有良好的沟通交流能力； 4.患者对研究内容知情，自愿参与。

Inclusion criteria

1. All study subjects met the relevant diagnostic criteria for DME; 2. All received vitreous cavity injection of anti-VEGF drug treatment; 3. Normal cognitive function and good communication ability; 4. Patients were informed about the study and participated voluntarily.

排除标准：

1.伴有眼部炎症、高眼压疾病史患者； 2.有主要脏器功能障碍、感染性疾病，伴有精神病、恶性肿瘤患者； 3.妊娠期、产褥期患者； 4.失访与中途退出的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. patients with ocular inflammation, history of high intraocular pressure; 2. patients with major organ dysfunction, infectious diseases, with psychiatric disorders, malignant tumors; 3. patients during pregnancy and puerperium; 4. patients who lost their visits and dropped out.
