构建住院老年患者跌倒健康素养评估工具，为预防住院老年患者跌倒提供新视角，探索影响住院老年患者跌倒健康素养的因素，为今后进行干预提供帮助  

Objectives of Study：

Constructing a Falls Health Literacy Assessment Tool for Hospitalized Elderly Patients to Provide a New Perspective on Fall Prevention in Hospitalized Elderly Patients and Explore Factors Influencing Falls Health Literacy in Hospitalized Elderly Patients for Future Interventions

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄≥60 岁的住院患者； 2.住院时间＞24 小时； 3.自愿参与本研究并签署知情同意书（编制量表及量表应用均同）

Inclusion criteria

1. hospitalized patients aged >=60 years; 2. hospital stay >24 hours; 3. voluntary participation in the study and signing of an informed consent form.(Same for scale development and scale application)

排除标准：

1.认知障碍者； 2.意识丧失，如昏迷、嗜睡或无法清楚表达个人意愿者； 3.具有严重疾病或生命体征不稳定者； 4.同时参与其他相关研究者（编制量表及量表应用均同）。

Exclusion criteria：

1. People with cognitive impairment; 2. Loss of consciousness, such as coma, drowsiness or inability to clearly express one's wishes; 3. Those with serious illness or unstable vital signs; 4. Concurrent participation in other related investigators.(Same for scale development and scale application).

采用REDCap电子数据库存储，权限仅限研究组成员； 纸质问卷保存于上锁文件柜，电子数据加密备份； 研究结束后匿名化处理，5年内可依申请共享。
