研究目的:

分析颈椎间盘退变等级与颈椎影像学参数之间的相关性,并基于此进一步提高Miyazaki颈椎间盘退变等级评估方法(简称Miyazaki分级)的客观性及准确性。  

Objectives of Study:

Analyze the correlation between the grade of cervical intervertebral disc degeneration and the imaging parameters of the cervical spine, and based on this, further improve the objectivity and accuracy of the Miyazaki cervical intervertebral disc degeneration grade assessment method (referred to as Miyazaki grading).

纳入标准:

(1) 年龄≥18 周岁,(2) 同一时间内可用的颈椎MRI及动静位颈椎DR影像。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age >= 18 years old; 2. Available cervical MRI and dynamic/static cervical DR images within the same time period.

排除标准:

(1) 颈椎手术史,(2) 因外伤或其他原因导致颈椎骨折史,(3) 存在颈椎感染、肿瘤或先天性脊柱侧弯。

Exclusion criteria:

1. History of cervical spine surgery; 2. History of cervical spine fracture due to trauma or other causes; 3. Presence of cervical spine infection, tumor or congenital scoliosis.

所有数据(包括影像学数据和患者基本信息)通过医院PACS系统和电子病历系统提取,存储于符合《个人信息保护法》要求的加密服务器。数据以匿名化形式存储,患者身份信息(如姓名、身份证号)替换为唯一编码。访问控制:仅授权研究团队成员可访问数据,访问权限由研究负责人管理,通过多因素认证确保安全性。数据销毁:研究结束后,数据保存5年,之后通过专业数据销毁软件彻底删除,符合国家数据管理规定。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture:

All data (including imaging data and patient basic information) are extracted from the hospital's PACS system and electronic medical record system and stored on encrypted servers that comply with the requirements of the "Personal Information Protection Law". The data is stored in an anonymized form, with patient identity information (such as name and ID number) replaced by unique codes. Access control: Only authorized research team members can access the data. Access permissions are managed by the research supervisor, and security is ensured through multi-factor authentication. Data destruction: After the research is completed, the data is retained for 5 years, and then completely deleted through professional data destruction software, in accordance with national data management regulations.
