研究目的：

1）本项目旨在通过显微镜辅助下颈椎前路经椎间隙TSD融合内固定术，对颈椎OPLL患者并结合相关的骨量分类进行椎体后方致压物磨除范围的安全性和有效性评估。将系统地观察和分析不同磨除界限及不同内植物在该条件下提供的稳定性，从而确立TSD手术方法对于个体化治疗c-OPLL的有效性和安全性。 2）利用稳定的力学仿真技术，本研究计划探索在不同骨量基础上结合不同的磨除参数及磨除极限条件下内植物稳定性的变化规律。通过对这些数据的深入分析，希望能优化TSD融合内固定手术方案，提高手术成功率，并为临床实践提供理论依据和技术支持。  

Objectives of Study：

1) The aim of this project is to evaluate the safety and effectiveness of anterior cervical spine interbody fusion (TSD) internal fixation surgery assisted by a microscope in patients with cervical OPLL, and to assess the range of posterior vertebral compression debris removal based on relevant bone mass classification. Systematically observe and analyze the stability provided by different grinding limits and different internal plants under these conditions, in order to establish the effectiveness and safety of TSD surgical methods for individualized treatment of c-OPLL. 2) Using stable mechanical simulation techniques, this study aims to explore the changes in internal plant stability under different bone mass conditions combined with different grinding parameters and grinding limits. Through in-depth analysis of these data, we hope to optimize the TSD fusion internal fixation surgical plan, improve the success rate of surgery, and provide theoretical basis and technical support for clinical practice.

纳入标准：

经影像学确诊为颈椎 OPLL； 患者有明显的临床症状； 自愿参与研究并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1.Diagnosed with cervical OPLL through imaging; 2.The patient has obvious clinical symptoms; 3.Voluntarily participate in the research and sign an informed consent form.

排除标准：

合并其他严重的脊柱疾病（如肿瘤、感染、强直性脊柱炎等）； 存在手术禁忌症（如凝血功能障碍、严重心肺疾病）； 精神疾病或认知障碍，无法配合随访调查； 妊娠期女性。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Concurrent serious spinal diseases (such as tumors, infections, ankylosing spondylitis, etc.); 2.There are surgical contraindications (such as coagulation dysfunction, severe cardiovascular disease); 3.Mental illness or cognitive impairment, unable to cooperate with follow-up investigations; 4.Pregnant women.
