探讨远隔缺血适应联合双耳节拍音乐训练在脑梗死认知障碍患者中的应用效果  

Objectives of Study：

Exploring the application effect of remote ischemic adaptation combined with binaural rhythmic music training in patients with cognitive impairment caused by cerebral infarction.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

纳入标准：1.年龄≥18岁；2.符合《中国急性缺血性卒中诊治指南2023》中“脑梗死”的诊断标准；3.蒙特利尔认知量表（Montreal Cognitive Assessment, MoCA）评分：10~25分；4.患者及家属自愿配合，并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >=18 years old; 2. Meet the diagnostic criteria for "cerebral infarction" in the "Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Acute Ischemic Stroke 2023"; 3. Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA) score: 10-25 points; 4. The patient and their family members voluntarily cooperate and sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

排除标准：1、精神疾病或既往痴呆患者；2、严重视、听障碍患者；3、未经控制的高血压（收缩压≥180mmHg或舒张压≥110mmHg）；4、预施压肢体出现病变者；5、深静脉血栓形成者；6、其他出血性疾病或病情危重者。

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with mental illness or previous dementia; 2. Pay close attention to patients with hearing impairments. 3. Uncontrolled hypertension (systolic blood pressure >=180mmHg or diastolic blood pressure >=110mmHg); 4. Those who develop limb lesions under pre-pressure; 5. People with deep vein thrombosis; 6. Other hemorrhagic diseases or those with critical conditions.
