研究目的：

明确有氧运动（太极拳运动）在降低MHD患者心血管事件潜在风险中的临床有效性和安全性，同时制定MHD患者个性化的运动处方策略。  

Objectives of Study：

To clarify the clinical effectiveness and safety of aerobic exercise (Tai Chi exercise) in reducing the potential risk of cardiovascular events in MHD patients, and simultaneously formulate personalized exercise prescription strategies for MHD patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

年龄≥18岁，在本中心行血液透析治疗≥3个月，身体状况综合评估符合运动训练要求，能进行语言沟通，并愿意签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

Aged >= 18 years, undergoing hemodialysis treatment at this center for >= 3 months, with comprehensive physical condition assessment meeting the requirements for exercise training, capable of verbal communication, and willing to sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

（1）由于感觉到身体或心理障碍，无法参加当前的锻炼计划； （2）无法进行MRI扫描（金属植入物/假体、幽闭恐怖症等）； （3）不适合按照运动要求进行锻炼； （4）静息心电图近期明显改变，提示明显缺血、近期心肌梗死（2周）或其他急性心脏事件；不稳定型心绞痛；不受控制的心律失常导致症状或血流动力学损害；症状性严重主动脉狭窄；无控制的症状性心力衰竭；急性肺栓塞或肺梗塞；急性心肌炎或心包炎；疑似或已知夹层动脉瘤；急性全身感染，伴有发热、全身疼痛或淋巴结肿大。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Unable to participate in the current exercise program due to perceived physical or psychological impairments. (2) Inability to undergo MRI scans (due to metal implants/prostheses, claustrophobia, etc.). (3) Inappropriate to exercise according to the exercise requirements. (4) Recent significant changes in resting electrocardiogram indicating significant ischemia, recent myocardial infarction (within 2 weeks), or other acute cardiac events; unstable angina pectoris; uncontrolled arrhythmia causing symptoms or hemodynamic impairment; symptomatic severe aortic stenosis; uncontrolled symptomatic heart failure; acute pulmonary embolism or pulmonary infarction; acute myocarditis or pericarditis; suspected or known dissecting aortic aneurysm; acute systemic infection with fever, generalized pain, or lymphadenopathy.
