研究目的：

随着青少年心理健康问题的日益增加，非自杀性自伤行为（NSSI）成为一个重要的公共卫生问题，尤其是在住院青少年中。现有的筛查工具未能满足这一特殊群体的评估需求。本研究旨在开发一套针对住院青少年的NSSI评估量表，提升评估的准确性和临床适用性。通过关注情绪调节机制和住院环境特有的因素，该工具将改善早期识别和干预效果，减少NSSI的发生，减轻照护者负担，提升青少年生活质量。此外，本研究还将为NSSI的行为管理提供证据支持，推动青少年心理健康护理的发展。  

Objectives of Study：

With the increasing number of mental health problems among adolescents, non-suicidal self-injurious behavior (NSSI) has become an important public health issue, especially among hospitalized adolescents. Existing screening tools fail to meet the assessment needs of this specialized population. The aim of this study was to develop an NSSI assessment scale for hospitalized adolescents to improve the accuracy and clinical applicability of the assessment. By focusing on emotion regulation mechanisms and factors specific to the hospitalized setting, this tool will improve early identification and intervention outcomes, reduce the incidence of NSSI, reduce caregiver burden, and enhance adolescents' quality of life. 纳入标准：

1.符合精神障碍诊断与统计手册第5版(Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders Fifth edition,DSM-5)中关于NSSI的建议的诊断标准，将符合下列任意一项即判定为有NSSI：过去6个月内至少出现3次NSSI其中近1个月至少出现1次;2过去12个月内至少出现5次NSSI，其中近1个月至少出现1次；
2.年龄12-17岁;
3.读写能力正常;
4.患者及监护人均知情同意参与研究。

Inclusion criteria

1.Diagnostic criteria that meet the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders Fifth edition (DSM-5) recommendations for NSSI will be determined to have an NSSI if any of the following are met: at least 3 occurrences of the NSSI in the last 6 months NSSI at least 3 times in the last 6 months, including at least 1 time in the last 1 month;2 NSSI at least 5 times in the last 12 months, including at least 1 time in the last 1 month; Translated with DeepL.com (free version);
2.Age 12-17 years；
3.Normal reading and writing ability.
4.Patients and guardians gave informed consent to participate in the study.

排除标准：

1.合并其他精神障碍性疾病或智力障碍，如自闭症、狂躁症、边缘型人格障碍等；
2.因其他疾病导致的继发抑郁障碍者；
3.合并脑器质性病变或神经系统疾病;
4.合并严重躯体疾病或心肝肺肾等脏器功能不全;
5.有成瘾史、物质滥用或依赖史；
6.前期研究参与：已经参与了本研究的初步测试或其他相关研究阶段的青少年，以避免重复数据或偏差。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Comorbidity with other psychotic disorders or intellectual disabilities, such as autism, mania, and borderline personality disorder;
2.Those with secondary depressive disorders due to other diseases;
3.Combined with organic brain lesions or neurological diseases.
4.Combined with severe physical diseases or organ dysfunction such as heart, liver, lung and kidney; Combined with addiction history, substance abuse and other diseases.
5.History of addiction, substance abuse or dependence;
6.Pre-study participation: adolescents who have already participated in the preliminary testing of this study or other related research phases to avoid duplication of data or bias.
