研究目的：

建立既往手术患者的临床和随访数据库，探索 HCM 患者术后发生心力衰竭和 SCD 的风险预测因子并建立起术后预测模型，为 HCM 患者术后管理提供指导。  

Objectives of Study：

Establish the clinical and follow-up database of previous surgical patients, explore the risk predictors of heart failure and SCD in HCM patients after surgery and establish a postoperative prediction model to provide guidance for the postoperative management of HCM patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

室间隔肌切除术 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

Septal myectomy 

纳入标准：

①根据 2020 年 AHA 肥厚型心肌病诊治指南诊断为肥厚型心肌病的成年患者（≥18 周岁）； ②流出道梗阻压差>50mmHg 或中部梗阻>30mmHg； ③肥厚型心肌病合并室壁瘤需要接受手术治疗； ④心尖肥厚型心肌病合并药物难治性心衰需要接受手术治疗的患者。

Inclusion criteria

1.Adult patients (≥18 years old) diagnosed with hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (HCM) according to the 2020 AHA Guideline for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Patients With Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy. 2.Left ventricular outflow tract (LVOT) gradient > 50 mmHg or mid-ventricular obstruction gradient > 30 mmHg. 3.Patients with HCM and left ventricular aneurysm requiring surgical intervention. 4.Patients with apical hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (ApHCM) and heart failure refractory to drug therapy requiring surgical intervention.

排除标准：

①未行手术患者； ②临床和随访资料严重缺失患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients did not undergo operation; 2.Patients with severe deficiencies in clinical and follow-up data.
