观察性研究多囊卵巢患者菌群、病毒和真菌组的差异性，同时对多囊卵巢患者血清进行代谢组研究，探索多囊卵巢综合征患者的微生物和代谢组特征。  

Objectives of Study：

To observe the difference of flora, virus and fungus groups in patients with polycystic ovary, and to conduct metabonomic study on the serum of patients with polycystic ovary, so as to explore the microbial and metabonomic characteristics of polycystic ovary syndrome

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

符合多囊卵巢综合征的西医诊断标准；年龄18-39岁。

Inclusion criteria

Meets the Western diagnostic criteria for polycystic ovary syndrome; Age range: 18-39 years old.

排除标准：

1.妊娠期女性； 2.其他可引起PCOS类似症状的疾病，如甲亢、库欣综合征、高催乳素血症等； 3.合并其他内分泌疾病或全身性基础疾病，如高血压和糖尿病的患者； 4.近1月使用抗生素等药物，3个月内服用性激素类药物； 5.恶性肿瘤史； 6.有鼠疫、霍乱、艾滋病、肺结核等恶性传染病。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Pregnant women; 2. Other diseases that can cause symptoms similar to PCOS, such as hyperthyroidism, Cushing's syndrome, hyperprolactinemia, etc.; 3. Patients with other endocrine diseases or systemic underlying diseases, such as hypertension and diabetes; 4. Those who have used antibiotics or other drugs within the past month and have taken sex hormone drugs within the past three months; 5. History of malignant tumors; 6. Those with malignant infectious diseases such as plague, cholera, AIDS, and tuberculosis.
