研究目的：

主要目的：评价胃内占容微球辅助生活方式管理治疗减重术后复胖病人的效果。 探索性目的：评价胃内占容微球辅助生活方式管理对减重术后复胖病人相关并发症的治疗效果；胃内占容微球的不良反应。  

Objectives of Study：

Main purpose: To evaluate the effect of gastric volume microspheres assisted lifestyle management in the treatment of patients with weight regain after bariatric surgery. Exploratory purpose: To evaluate the effect of gastric volume microspheres assisted lifestyle management on the treatment of complications related to patients with weight regain after bariatric surgery; Adverse reactions of gastric volume microspheres.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄16-65岁； 2.自愿参加本研究，意识清楚，能够理解并配合生活方式管理者。 3.减重术后且满足以下条件之一者：（1）病人体重下降至最低点后，%EWL反向增加＞25%，或BMI增加＞5，或体重增加＞10 kg；（2）病人%EWL由＞50%变为＜50%，或其BMI＞35；（3）病人体重下降至最低点后，体重增加＞术前最大体重减轻的20%。（4）病人体重下降至最低点后，体重增加＞术前体重的10%

Inclusion criteria

1. Age range: 16-65 years old; 2. Voluntarily participate in this study, with clear awareness, able to understand and cooperate with lifestyle managers. 3. Patients who have undergone weight loss surgery and meet one of the following conditions: (1) After the patient's weight drops to the lowest point, the% EWL increases by more than 25%, or the BMI increases by more than 5, or the weight increases by more than 10 kg; (2) The patient's% EWL changes from>50% to<50%, or their BMI is greater than 35; (3) After the patient's weight drops to the lowest point, the weight gain is greater than 20% of the maximum preoperative weight loss. (4) After the patient's weight drops to the lowest point, their weight gain exceeds 10% of their preoperative weight

排除标准：

1.怀孕期或哺乳期妇女； 2.拒绝签知情同意书者； 3.有精神病史或严重认知功能障碍者； 4.评估有严重的器官功能障碍而无法参与研究者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Pregnant or breastfeeding female; 2.Patients refused to sign an informed consent form; 3.Patient had a history of psychiatric illness or severe cognitive impairment; 4.Patients with severe organ dysfunctions who cann't take part in the study;
