研究目的:

1. 通过Meta分析明确患儿术中低体温的总体发生率及影响因素。 2. 通过前瞻性的资料收集,利用机器学习中的逻辑回归、决策树、随机森林及支持向量机四种算法构建性能优良的术中低体温风险预测模型,并对模型进行内部验证。 3. 前瞻性收集多中心样本数据完成时段和空间的外部验证,所构建的模型在新数据集中仍然有较好的预测能力,最后对部分模型进行可视化呈现,形成直观易懂的图表或界面。  

Objectives of Study:

1. Meta-analysis was used to clarify the overall incidence and influencing factors of intraoperative hypothermia in children. 2. Through prospective data collection, four algorithms in machine learning, namely logistic regression, decision tree, random forest and support vector machine, were used to construct an intraoperative hypothermia risk prediction model with excellent performance, and the model was internally verified. 3. Prospective sample data was collected to complete external verification of time period and space. The constructed model still had good predictive ability in the new data set. Finally, some models were visualized to form intuitive and easy-to-understand charts or interfaces.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail:

 

纳入标准:

1.年龄<16岁; 2.麻醉方式包含全身麻醉; 3.麻醉持续时间>30min。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age < 16 years old; 2. Anesthesia includes general anesthesia; 3. Anesthesia duration > 30 minutes.

排除标准:

1.心脏手术或其它需要降低患儿体温的术式; 2.拒绝参与本研究; 3.ASA>Ⅳ级; 4.基础体温异常,术前核心体温<36.0℃或>38.0℃; 5.有甲状腺功能亢进或甲状腺功能减退等影响体温的疾病; 6.因手术原因或耳道疾病无法测量核心体温者。

Exclusion criteria:

1. Cardiac surgery or other procedures that require lowering the child's body temperature; 2. Refusing to participate in this study; 3. ASA grade >Ⅳ; 4. Abnormal basal body temperature, preoperative core body temperature <36.0℃ or >38.0℃; 5. Hyperthyroidism or hypothyroidism and other diseases that affect body temperature; 6. The core body temperature cannot be measured due to surgery or ear canal disease.
