研究目的：

本研究旨在为临床治疗神经病理性疼痛提供新的治疗方法和思路。治疗带状疱疹后神经痛患者的难治性疼痛，提高生活质量。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to provide new treatment methods and ideas for the clinical treatment of neuropathic pain. Treat refractory pain in patients with postherpetic neuralgia and improve their quality of life.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

(1)入院评分：疼痛评分(NRS）≥4分；(2)年龄45～80岁；(3)单侧发病；(4)病程持续时间：疱疹皮损愈合后1～6个月；(5)疱疹损伤范围：颈、胸、腰段脊神经支配区域；(6)患者意识清晰，沟通无障碍；(7)受试者签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Admission score: Pain score (NRS) >= 4 points; (2) Age range from 45 to 80 years old; (3) Unilateral onset; (4) Duration of illness: 1-6 months after the healing of herpes lesions; (5) Scope of herpes damage: cervical, thoracic, and lumbar spinal nerve innervation areas; (6) The patient has clear consciousness and no communication barriers; (7) The subjects sign an informed consent form.

排除标准：

(1)不符合纳入标准；(2)全身或穿刺点局部感染；(3)既往有神经毁损治疗史；(4)血红蛋白＜110 g/L，血小板计数＜150×109/L，或凝血功能检查异常；(5)癌症、自身免疫系统疾病；(6)精神系统疾病、药物滥用史。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Not meeting the inclusion criteria; (2) Whole body or local infection at the puncture site; (3) Previous history of nerve damage treatment; (4) Hemoglobin<110 g/L, platelet count<150 × 1^09/L, or abnormal coagulation function test; (5) Cancer, autoimmune diseases; (6) History of mental illness and drug abuse.

选择我科收治的带状疱疹后神经痛患者60例，将入组的60例受试者随机分为两组，患者按照入组的先后顺序，再依照随机化方法利用专业统计软件产生的分组随机号依次进入各试验组，不得跳号或自主选择药物。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

Select 60 patients with postherpetic neuralgia admitted to our department, and randomly divide them into two groups. Patients will be randomly assigned to each experimental group according to the order of enrollment, and then randomly assigned to each group using professional statistical software according to the randomization method. No jumping or self selection of drugs is allowed.
