本研究依托前瞻性减重队列,通过多维度解析减重过程中代谢调控的分子网络动态演变,系统揭示驱动代谢健康改善的关键分子靶点及其信号通路机制,并基于多组学生物标志物谱构建肥胖个体化干预预测模型,为精准体重管理提供分子诊断工具与靶向干预新策略。  

Objectives of Study:

This study is based on a prospective weight loss cohort, employing a multidimensional analysis to elucidate the dynamic evolution of molecular networks involved in metabolic regulation during weight loss. It systematically identifies key molecular targets and their signaling pathway mechanisms that drive metabolic health improvements. Additionally, it constructs a predictive model for personalized intervention in obese individuals based on multi-omics biomarker profiles, providing molecular diagnostic tools and novel targeted intervention strategies for precision weight management.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail:

 

纳入标准:

1. 18 岁≤年龄≤50 岁; 2. 28.0kg/m^2≤ BMI ≤32.5kg/m^2; 3. 性别不限; 4. 受试者知情同意,并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age between 18 and 50 years (inclusive); 2. BMI between 28.0 kg/m2 and 32.5 kg/m2 (inclusive); 3. No gender restrictions; 4. Participants must provide informed consent and sign an informed consent form.

排除标准:

1.继发性肥胖如 Cushing 综合征、甲状腺功能减退、生长激素瘤等; 2.服用能导致肥胖的药物如激素、精神类药物; 3.恶性贫血、肿瘤、急性或慢性感染、严重肝肾功能衰竭、严重心肺疾患、脑血管疾病者等; 4.妊娠、哺乳等。

Exclusion criteria:

1. Secondary obesity (e.g., Cushing's syndrome, hypothyroidism, growth hormone-secreting tumors, etc.); 2. Use of medications known to cause weight gain (e.g., corticosteroids, psychotropic drugs); 3. Conditions including pernicious anemia, malignancies, acute or chronic infections, severe liver or kidney dysfunction, severe cardiopulmonary diseases, cerebrovascular diseases, etc.; 4. Pregnancy or lactation.
