研究目的:

1.评估不同进食顺序和用餐时间(如“蔬菜-蛋白质-碳水” vs. 常规进食;如“用餐>40分钟”vs 常规进食)结合运动干预对超重人群减重效果(BMI、体脂率、腰围等)的影响差异。 2.探究进食顺序和用餐时间对餐后血糖、胰岛素动态变化、饱腹感及长期代谢指标(血脂、血糖、炎症因子)的调控作用。系统解析进食时长与饱腹感的关系,为优化饮食干预策略提供实证依据。 3.揭示进食顺序通过调节肠道菌群和代谢组学(如短链脂肪酸、胆汁酸)影响体重的潜在机制。  

Objectives of Study:

1. Evaluate the differences in the effects of different eating orders and meal times (such as "vegetables - protein - carbohydrates" vs. regular eating; "meal duration > 40 minutes" vs. regular eating) combined with exercise interventions on weight loss effects (BMI, body fat percentage, waist circumference, etc.) in overweight populations. 2. Explore the regulatory effects of eating order and meal time on postprandial blood glucose, dynamic changes in insulin, satiety, and long-term metabolic indicators (blood lipids, blood glucose, inflammatory factors). Systematically analyze the relationship between meal duration and satiety to provide empirical evidence for optimizing dietary intervention strategies. 3. Reveal the potential mechanisms by which eating order affects body weight by regulating gut microbiota and metabolomics (such as short-chain fatty acids, bile acids).

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail:

 

纳入标准:

(1)年龄 18-59 岁的人员,性别不限; (2)男性:BMI≥24kg / m2 或腰围≥85cm或体脂率≥20%;女性:BMI≥24kg / m2 或腰围≥80cm或体脂率≥30%。

Inclusion criteria

1.Personnel aged 18 - 59 years old, regardless of gender; 2. For men: BMI >= 24 kg/m2 or waist circumference >= 85 cm or body fat percentage >= 20%; for women: BMI >= 24 kg/m2 or waist circumference ≥ 80 cm or body fat percentage >= 30%.

排除标准:

(1)心脑血管疾病,如先天性心脏病、风湿性心脏病、脑血管疾病、冠心病等; (2)血 压 过 高 者 , 收 缩 压 ≥ 180mmHg 和 / 或 舒 张 压 ≥ 110mmHg; (3)肺部疾病,如慢性阻塞性肺疾病、哮喘和肺功能不全等; (4)代谢性疾病,如糖尿病、甲状腺功能异常等; (5)出血性疾病,如白血病、血友病、血小板减少性紫癜等; (6)孕产期、哺乳期妇女 ; (7)手术恢复期者; (8)肝、肾功能不全者; (9)不适合剧烈运动的疾病患者,如近半年内有运动损伤、关节损伤、骨质疏松等; (10)其他医学上建议不宜进行饮食控制和运动减重者。

Exclusion criteria:

1. Cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, such as congenital heart disease, rheumatic heart disease, cerebrovascular diseases, coronary heart disease, etc; 2. People with high blood pressure, with systolic blood pressure >= 180 mmHg and/or diastolic blood pressure >= 110 mmHg; 3. Pulmonary diseases, such as chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, asthma, and pulmonary insufficiency, etc; 4. Metabolic diseases, such as diabetes, thyroid dysfunction, etc; 5. Hemorrhagic diseases, such as leukemia, hemophilia, thrombocytopenic purpura, etc; 6. Pregnant and postpartum women, lactating women; 7. People in the recovery period after surgery; 8. People with liver and kidney insufficiency; 9. Patients with diseases that are not suitable for strenuous exercise, such as having sports injuries, joint injuries, osteoporosis, etc. within the past six months; 10. Others who are medically advised not to carry out diet control and weight loss through exercise.
