研究目的：

1.收集乳腺癌患者化疗全周期的多维数据，用统计与数据挖掘技术分析证候特点、趋势及要素变化，构建演变模型形成证候演变规律。 2.基于乳腺癌化疗全周期证候演变规律，结合中医理论与经验，探讨病机治法，提出中医干预措施并评估效果，为临床中医治疗提供方案。  

Objectives of Study：

1.To collect multi-dimensional data from breast cancer patients throughout the entire chemotherapy cycle, analyze the characteristics, trends, and key changes of syndromes using statistical and data mining techniques, and construct an evolutionary model to elucidate the patterns of syndrome progression. 2.Based on the patterns of syndrome evolution during the full chemotherapy cycle in breast cancer, integrate TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine) theory and clinical experience to explore disease mechanisms and treatment principles, propose TCM-based intervention strategies, and evaluate their efficacy, thereby providing evidence-based clinical TCM treatment protocols.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.病理诊断为乳腺癌者； 2.肿瘤TNM分期为Ⅰ-Ⅲ期者； 3.年龄18-75周岁者； 4.首次接受化疗者； 5.有正常的认知能力和理解能力，对本研究知情同意者。

Inclusion criteria

1.Pathologically confirmed diagnosis of breast cancer; 2.Tumor TNM stage I–III; 3.Aged 18–75 years; 4.First-time chemotherapy recipients; 5.Normal cognitive and comprehension abilities, with informed consent for this study.

排除标准：

1.复发及远处转移者； 2.化疗同时进行放疗治疗者； 3.合并其他恶性肿瘤或严重心、肝、肾疾病者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients with recurrence or distant metastasis; 2.Those receiving concurrent radiotherapy during chemotherapy; 3.Patients with other malignant tumors or severe heart, liver, or kidney diseases.
