研究目的：

将基于深度学习的AI技术用于下颌阻生第三磨牙的手术规划，与传统手术组进行对照，能否实现缩短手术时间。  

Objectives of Study：

The AI technology based on deep learning was used in the surgical planning of complex mandibular impacted third molars. Compared with the traditional surgery group, whether the operation time can be shortened can be achieved.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.18岁≤年龄≤60岁； 2.半年内在我院拍摄CBCT者； 3.有能力进行知情同意并签署知情同意书； 4.困难阻生下颌第三磨牙，即其全景片和 CBCT 影像中符合下列情况至少一项者：(1)牙全部或大部分埋伏于骨中；(2)牙根接触、压迫、突入下颌神经管或神经管穿过牙根间者；(3)牙根明显弯曲、肥大或牙骨粘连者；(4)脱位路径上受到邻牙较大阻挡者。

Inclusion criteria

1. 18 <= age <= 60 years old ; 2. Those who took CBCT in our hospital within half a year ; 3. To have the ability to make informed consent and sign informed consent ; 4. Difficult impacted mandibular third molars, that is, their panoramic radiographs and CBCT images meet at least one of the following conditions : (1) All or most of the teeth are buried in the bone ; (2) root contact, compression, protruding into the mandibular canal or neural tube through the root ; (3) patients with obvious root curvature, hypertrophy or tooth bone adhesion ; (4) The dislocation path was greatly blocked by adjacent teeth.

排除标准：

1.有系统性疾病史、口腔颌面部手术史、放化疗史；
2.邻牙阻生或缺失、大面积龋坏、重度牙周炎、颌骨囊肿等；
3.存在张口受限或患者配合度欠佳（如咽反射敏感、患者因害怕导致操作不能持续等）；
4.牙根发育不完全；
5.过度肥胖患者：BMI指数＞32；
6.存在拔牙禁忌证。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Have a history of systemic disease, oral and maxillofacial surgery, radiotherapy and chemotherapy history ; 2. Impacted or missing adjacent teeth, extensive caries, severe periodontitis, jaw cysts, etc. ; 3. There is limited mouth opening or poor patient cooperation ( such as pharyngeal reflex sensitivity, patients are afraid of the operation can not be sustained, etc. ) ; 4. Incomplete root development ; 5. Overweight patients : BMI > 32 ; 6. There are contraindications for tooth extraction.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

1）数据管理方法概述申办者在研究项目团队中设立研究者、监查员、数据管理员等不同岗位, 并对参与者进行培训。研究者在采集数据时以纸质受试者信息收集表的形式采集，保证数据的准确、完整与及时性。监察员根据源文档核查信息收集表中的数据，一旦发现其中有错误或差异，应通知研究者，并根据所发现的错误或差异，记录相应的质疑，以确保所有数据的记录和报告正确和完整。数据管理员应按照研究方案的要求，建立数据库、对数据标准进行管理、并建立和测试逻辑检验程序。在纸质受试者信息收集表接收后,录入人员对信息收集表作录入前的检查；在信息收集表数据被录入数据库后，利用逻辑检验程序检查数据的有效性、一致性、缺失和正常值范围等。数据管理员对发现的问题应及时清理，可通过向研究者发放数据质疑而得到解决。 2）数据的内部分析计划 3）数据安全与监察报告递交给伦理委员会的频率 每半年一次

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

1 ) Overview of data management methods The sponsors set up different positions such as researchers, inspectors, and data administrators in the research project team, and trained the participants. The researchers collected the data in the form of a paper subject information collection form to ensure the accuracy, completeness and timeliness of the data. The ombudsman verifies the data in the information collection table according to the source document. Once it finds any errors or differences, the ombudsman should inform the researcher and record the corresponding questions according to the errors or differences found to ensure that all data records and reports are correct and complete. According to the requirements of the research program, data managers should establish a database, manage data standards, and establish and test logical inspection procedures. After receiving the paper subject information collection form, the entry personnel checked the information collection form before entry ; after the information collection table data is entered into the database, the logic test program is used to check the validity, consistency, missing and normal range of the data.
