研究目的：

1、明确GLIM诊断作为SCI患者的营养风险评估的准确性和适用性。 2、探索血清炎症水平、肌肉量、肠道菌群等营养因素在预测感染、死亡等临床结局的作用。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To establish the accuracy and applicability of GLIM diagnosis as a nutritional risk assessment tool for SCI patients. 2. To investigate the role of serum inflammatory markers, muscle mass, gut microbiome, and other nutritional factors in predicting clinical outcomes such as infection and mortality."

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）诊断为SCI患者； （2）适宜接受生物电阻抗法（bioelectrical impedance analysis, BIA）人体体成分测量； （3）同意参加临床研究并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Patients diagnosed with Spinal cord injury; (2) Suitable for body composition measurement by bioelectrical impedance analysis; (3) Agree to participate in clinical studies and sign informed consent.

排除标准：

（1）患有严重的心脑血管疾病、恶液质、肝肾疾病、胃肠道疾病、内分泌系统疾病、感染性疾病或是精神疾患； （2）由于其它原因不能继续完成干预研究或影响研究结果的。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) suffering from serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, hypoxia, liver and kidney diseases, gastrointestinal diseases, endocrine system diseases, infectious diseases or mental disorders; (2) Unable to continue to complete the study or affect the results of the study due to other reasons.
