研究目的：

主要目的是探索尿道外口酸性环境对预防导尿管相关尿路感染（CAUTI）的临床效果；其次将系统评估"酸性溶液冲洗+酸性凝胶涂抹"方案对局部微环境（pH值和微生物含量）的具体影响；最终目标是为临床制定基于循证医学的非消毒剂预防策略提供可靠依据，推动指南更新和护理实践优化。  

Objectives of Study：

The primary objective is to investigate the clinical efficacy of maintaining an acidic urethral meatus environment in preventing catheter-associated urinary tract infections (CAUTIs). Secondly, the study will systematically evaluate the specific effects of the "acidic solution irrigation + acidic gel application" protocol on the local microenvironment (including pH levels and microbial load). The ultimate goal is to provide robust evidence for establishing a non-disinfectant, evidence-based prevention strategy in clinical practice, thereby contributing to guideline updates and the optimization of nursing protocols.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）ICU患者； （2）因病情需要留置导尿管患者； （3）患者知情同意，如患者意识不清取得家属知情同意。

Inclusion criteria

(1) ICU patients; (2) Patients requiring indwelling urinary catheterization due to medical conditions; (3) Informed consent obtained from the patient (or from the family if the patient is unconscious).

排除标准：

（1）入院时已经留置导尿管； （2）入院时确诊为尿路感染或尿液微生物检验阳性； （3）本次住院留置导尿管≤2日； （4）会阴部皮肤破损； （5）患有严重精神障碍、行为异常无法配合； （6）同时参加其他临床研究。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patients with pre-existing indwelling urinary catheter at admission; (2) Diagnosed with urinary tract infection (UTI) or positive urine microbial test at admission; (3) Indwelling catheter duration <=2 days during current hospitalization; (4) Presence of perineal skin breakdown; (5) Severe psychiatric disorders or behavioral abnormalities affecting protocol compliance; (6) Concurrent participation in other clinical trials.
