本研究旨在探讨通过婴幼儿营养教学厨房开展行为干预，改善婴幼儿喂养、营养和发育的效果，在此基础上形成可推广的婴幼儿营养改善服务模式。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to examine the effectiveness of behavioral interventions delivered through infant and young child nutrition education kitchens in improving feeding practices, nutritional status, and developmental outcomes, with the goal of developing a scalable service model for early childhood nutrition improvement.

纳入标准：

婴幼儿和主要养育人 1）婴幼儿在4-23月龄； 2）主要养育人能用普通话阅读，并能通过手机使用微信，且具备上网条件； 3）知情同意并能积极配合。 医务工作者 知情同意并能积极配合。

Inclusion criteria

Infants and primary caregivers 1) Infants are 4-23 months old; 2) The primary caregivers can read in Mandarin, use wechat through mobile phones, and have the Internet conditions; 3) Informed consent and active cooperation. Medical worker Informed consent and active cooperation.

排除标准：

婴幼儿和主要养育人 1）儿童有结构性或遗传的出生缺陷，如神经管畸形、先天性心脏病、苯丙酮尿症等； 2）主要养育人拒绝参加。 医务工作者 长期不在岗，如休病假或产假等。

Exclusion criteria：

Infants and primary caregivers 1) The child has structural or genetic birth defects, such as neural tube malformation, congenital heart disease, phenylketonuria, etc.; 2) Primary caregivers refuse to participate. Medical worker Prolonged absence from work, such as sick leave or maternity leave.
