研究目的：

1.测定妊娠期高血压疾病患者的随机尿蛋白／肌酐比值，分析其与妊娠期高血压疾病病情进展的相关性。 2.测定妊娠期高血压疾病（尤其是子痫前期）孕妇的随机尿蛋白／肌酐比值、24小时尿蛋白定量，分析随机尿蛋白／肌酐比值与24小时尿蛋白定量的相关性。 3.评价随机尿蛋白／肌酐比值在子痫前期疾病中的诊断效能。 4.为建立适合于基层医院的简便、经济的妊娠期高血压评估体系提供数据支持。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Determine the random urine protein/creatinine ratio in patients with gestational hypertension and analyze its correlation with the progression of gestational hypertension. 2. Determine the random urine protein/creatinine ratio and 24-hour urine protein quantification of pregnant women with gestational hypertension (especially preeclampsia), and analyze the correlation between the random urine protein/creatinine ratio and 24-hour urine protein quantification. 3. Evaluate the diagnostic performance of random urine protein/creatinine ratio in preeclampsia. 4. Provide data support for the establishment of a simple and economical evaluation system for gestational hypertension suitable for primary hospitals.

1.单胎妊娠 2.妊娠期高血压疾病 3.同意参与本研究

Inclusion criteria

1.Singleton pregnancy 2.Hypertensive disorders of pregnancy 3.Agree to participate in this study

排除标准：

1.免疫性疾病 2.糖尿病 3.肾脏疾病 4.心血管疾病等

Exclusion criteria：

1.Immune diseases 2.Dabetes 3.Kidney disease 4.Cardiovascular disease, etc.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

数据采集使用病历记录表 数据录入与管理由指定数据管理员负责，数据管理员在进行数据录入前进行培训。数据管理员采用epidata3.0软件编制数据录入程序，进行数据录入与管理。为保证数据的准确性，由两个数据管理员独立进行双份录入并校对。
