研究目的：

本课题拟解决的科学问题是如何降低牙周病的患病风险和提高牙周治疗的有效性。拟开展的主要研究内容为通过多组学技术筛选与牙周病患病风险相关的生物标记物，整合牙周病专病临床资料和影像学结果，建立多模态牙周炎患病风险和治疗有效性预测模型，达到牙周炎的早期诊断和治疗有效性预测，为牙周炎的群防群治提供依据。  

Objectives of Study：

The scientific problem to be addressed in this project is how to reduce the risk of periodontal disease and improve the effectiveness of periodontal treatment. The main research content to be carried out is to screen biomarkers related to the risk of periodontal disease through multi-omics technology, integrate the clinical data and imaging results of periodontal disease, establish a multimodal periodontitis risk and treatment effectiveness prediction model, achieve early diagnosis and treatment effectiveness prediction of periodontitis, and provide a basis for the group prevention and treatment of periodontitis.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄≥18岁； 2.除严重龋齿或智齿外，牙齿数目≥15； 3.根据2018年牙周病新分类标准诊断为牙周炎III期和IV期患者； 4.3个月内未使用抗生素、甾体和非甾体类抗炎药或其他可能影响牙周组织的药物，如苯妥英钠、环孢菌素、钙通道阻滞剂（硝苯地平）； 5.3个月内未进行牙周治疗； 6.无吸烟史或戒烟5年以上。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age>=18 years old; 2. Except for severe caries or wisdom teeth, the number of teeth >= 15; 3. Patients diagnosed with stage III and IV periodontitis according to the new classification criteria for periodontal disease in 2018; 4.No use of antibiotics, steroidal and non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs or other drugs that may affect periodontal tissues, such as phenytoin, cyclosporine, calcium channel blockers (nifedipine) within 3 months; 5. No periodontal treatment within 3 months; 6. No history of smoking or quit smoking for more than 5 years.

排除标准：

1.高血压、糖尿病患者； 2.常规用药的全身疾病患者； 3.孕期或哺乳期妇女； 4.合并慢性扁桃体炎、慢性咽炎等口腔局部炎症性疾病； 5.因全身疾病无法接受牙周基础治疗者； 6.依从性不佳或无法定期随诊者； 7.因明显意识或智力障碍而无法进行正常沟者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with hypertension and diabetes; 2. Patients with systemic diseases who are routinely on medication; 3. Pregnant or lactating women; 4. Combined with chronic tonsillitis, chronic pharyngitis and other oral local inflammatory diseases; 5. Those who are unable to receive basic periodontal treatment due to systemic diseases; 6. Those with poor compliance or inability to follow up regularly; 7. Those who are unable to perform normal grooves due to obvious consciousness or intellectual disability.
