研究目的：

对比分析CSP及CS-EMR治疗结直肠无蒂息肉的安全性及效果。  

Objectives of Study：

Comparative analysis of the safety and efficacy of CSP and CS-EMR in the treatment of colorectal sessile polyps.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.患者年龄20-80岁。2.签署肠镜检查、息肉切除知情同意书。3.通过电子结肠镜检查确诊结直肠息肉，巴黎分型属于IIa、Is、P型息肉，窄带成像腺管表现为工藤分类pitII-IV型，大小为6-15mm，符合CSP治疗指征。其中结直肠息肉的大小由内镜医师使用圈套器导管（直径2.4mm）来测量。因为回收息肉标本需再次进境，规定每位患者仅纳入1枚符合标准的息肉样本。

Inclusion criteria

1.Age 20-80 years. 2.Signed informed consent for colonoscopy and polypectomy. 3.Diagnosis of colorectal polyp(s) by electronic colonoscopy, meeting all of the following characteristics: Paris classification: Type IIa, Is, or P NBI pit pattern: Kudo's classification Type II-IV Size: 6-15 mm (measured endoscopically using snare catheter with 2.4 mm diameter as reference) Deemed appropriate for CSP (Cold Snare Polypectomy) Note: Only one qualifying polyp per patient will be enrolled to ensure specimen retrieval efficiency during repeat scope insertion.

排除标准：

1.不配合采样或未签署知情同意书；2.炎症性肠病；3.消化道肿瘤；4.口服抗凝和/或抗血小板药物；5.妊娠、哺乳期及女性生理期；6.有严重的全身性疾病，如严重的心肺功能或肝肾功能障碍、血液系统、中枢神经或精神疾病；7.需要行血液透析；8.内镜下表现为凹陷性和可疑癌变性病变。9.息肉大于1个以上。10.有蒂息肉，蒂宽度或长度≧10mm。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Not cooperating with sampling or not signing the informed consent form; 2. Inflammatory bowel disease; 3. Tumors of the digestive tract; 4. Oral anticoagulant and/or antiplatelet drugs; 5. Pregnancy, lactation and female menstrual period; 6. Have serious systemic diseases, such as severe cardiopulmonary function or liver and kidney dysfunction, hematologic, central nervous system or psychiatric diseases; 7. Need for hemodialysis; 8. Endoscopic manifestations of pitting and suspicious cancerous lesions. 9. Polyps greater than 1 or more. 10. Peculated polyps, pedicle width or length >= 10mm.
