研究目的：

本项目旨在提升北京市社区儿童保健医生婴幼儿营养喂养指导能力与服务质量，并通过喂养辅助工具强化社区医生在婴幼儿辅食添加、饮食行为等方面的专业技能，进而改善婴幼儿主要养育人的喂养知识和婴幼儿喂养行为。  

Objectives of Study：

This project aims to enhance the ability and service quality of infant and young children nutrition feeding guidance among community child health care doctors in Beijing, and strengthen the professional skills of community doctors in infant and young children complementary food addition and dietary behavior through feeding AIDS, thereby improving the feeding knowledge of the primary caregivers of infants and young children and the feeding behavior of infants and young children

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

北京市16个区的社区儿童保健医生 1）开展婴幼儿喂养指导； 2）同意参加，并签署知情同意书。 北京市6-23月龄婴幼儿主要养育人 1）婴幼儿在6-23月龄； 2）主要养育人能用普通话阅读，并能通过手机使用微信，且具备上网条件； 3）知情同意并能积极配合。

Inclusion criteria

Community child health care doctors in 16 districts of Beijing 1)Carry out feeding guidance for infants and young children; 2) Agree to participate and sign the informed consent form. The main caregivers of infants and toddlers aged 6 to 23 months in Beijing 1) Infants and toddlers aged 6 to 23 months; 2) The main caregiver can read in Mandarin, use wechat via mobile phone and have access to the Internet. 3) Informed consent and active cooperation.

排除标准：

北京市16个区的社区儿童保健医生 长期不在岗，如休病假或产假等。 北京市6-23月龄婴幼儿主要养育人 1）儿童有结构性或遗传的出生缺陷，如神经管畸形、先天性心脏病、苯丙酮尿症等； 2）主要养育人拒绝参加。

Exclusion criteria：

Community child health care doctors in 16 districts of Beijing Long-term absence from work, such as taking sick leave or maternity leave, etc. The primary caregivers of infants and young children aged 6 to 23 months in Beijing Children with structural or genetic birth defects, such as neural tube defects, congenital heart disease, phenylketonuria, etc. 2) The primary caregiver refused to participate.
