研究目的：

通过对心脏瓣膜手术患者的单中心回顾性研究，确定与缺血性肝损伤相关的临床危险因素以及与围术期预后的相关性。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study is to determine the clinical risk factors related to ischemic liver injury and their correlations with perioperative prognosis were determined through a single-center retrospective study of patients undergoing heart valve surgery.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）年龄大于18岁的患者； （2）接受择期瓣膜修复或置换手术的患者。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Patients over 18 years old; (2) Patients who were undergoing elective valve repair or replacement.

排除标准：

（1）术中死亡； （2）术前存在肝硬化、肝炎导致的肝功能不全； （3）术后24小时内死亡； （4）临床资料不完整。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Intraoperative death; (2) There was liver dysfunction caused by liver cirrhosis and hepatitis before the operation; (3) Death within 24 hours after the operation; (4) The clinical data are incomplete.
