①探究不同生活方式与牙周炎严重程度之间的关联 ②探究系统性炎症指数与牙周炎严重程度之间的关联 ③探讨系统性炎症在生活方式影响牙周炎严重程度中的中介效应  

Objectives of Study：

1 To explore the relationship between different lifestyle and the severity of periodontitis 2 To explore the association between systemic inflammation index and periodontitis severity 3 To investigate the mediating effect of systemic inflammation on the severity of periodontitis in lifestyle

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①年龄18-70岁；②具有一定语言能力，能理解并配合调查；③具有完整的影像学资料，包括曲面体层摄影或锥形束CT（Cone Beam Computed Tomography，CBCT）等；④至少保存20颗牙齿；⑤具有完整的血常规指标（需在纳入前一个月于本医疗机构完成）

Inclusion criteria

1 Age 18-70 years old; 2 Have a certain language ability, can understand and cooperate with the investigation; 3 Complete imaging data, including surface Tomography or Cone Beam Computed Tomography (CBCT); 4 Preserve at least 20 teeth; 5 Complete blood routine indicators (to be completed at the medical institution one month before inclusion)

排除标准：

①因全身健康因素或其他因素，不能接受口腔牙周健康状况检查者；②患有血液系统相关疾病；③基线患有急性炎症或感染性疾病者；④当前位于妊娠或哺乳期；⑤患有恶性肿瘤者；⑥就诊前3月内曾连续大剂量使用抗生素、非甾体类抗炎药、激素、免疫相关药物；就诊前短期服用抗生素后，停药未超过1周的患者；

Exclusion criteria：

1 Because of general health factors or other factors, can not accept the oral periodontal health status examination; 2 Suffering from blood system related diseases; 3 Patients with acute inflammatory or infectious diseases at baseline; 4 Currently in the pregnancy or lactation period; 5 Patients with malignant tumors; 6 Continuous use of antibiotics, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, hormones, and immune-related drugs within 3 months before treatment; Patients who stopped taking antibiotics for less than 1 week after taking them for a short period before visiting the doctor;
