研究目的：

解决无法精准预测慢性颅内动脉闭塞患者卒中风险的问题：基于智能脑灌注评估系统及已有的高质量临床队列，建立CTP预测慢性颅内动脉闭塞患者卒中风险的临床预测模型，并前瞻性验证该模型的准确性。  

Objectives of Study：

Solving the problem of unable to accurately predict stroke risk in patients with chronic intracranial artery occlusion: Based on the Intelligent Cerebral Perfusion Evaluation System and an existing high-quality clinical cohort, a clinical prediction model for predicting stroke risk in patients with chronic intracranial artery occlusion with CTP was established, and the accuracy of the model was prospectively validated.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.经脑血管造影（DSA）证实为慢性颅内动脉闭塞患者； 2.出现缺血性脑卒中、TIA等相关症状； 3.接受CTP影像检查； 4.参与者及家属理解并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients with chronic intracranial arterial occlusion confirmed by cerebral angiography (DSA); 2. Presenting with symptoms related to ischemic stroke and TIA; 3. Received CTP imaging; 4. Participants and their families understood and signed the informed consent form.

排除标准：

1.急性脑血管闭塞患者； 2.先天性闭塞或结构改变患者； 3.双侧颈内动脉或大脑中动脉闭塞患者； 4.不能接受CTP影像检查者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with acute cerebrovascular occlusion; 2. Patients with congenital occlusion or structural changes; 3. Patients with bilateral internal carotid or middle cerebral artery occlusion; 4. Patients who cannot undergo CTP imaging.
