研究目的：

（1）本研究为多中心、回顾性研究，经回顾性分析显示对pDoC患儿的一般临床特点； （2）分析pDoC患儿出现意识转变为eMCS的影响因素； （3）探讨不同病因导致的pDoC从起病至出现eMCS时间范围及发生率； （4）构建pDoC患儿预后预测模型并验证。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) This study is a multicenter retrospective investigation. Through retrospective analysis, we delineated the general clinical characteristics of pediatric patients with disorders of consciousness (pDoC). (2) We analyzed the factors influencing the transition from pDoC to emergence from the minimally conscious state (eMCS) in children. (3) We explored the timeframe and incidence rates of eMCS development in pDoC patients with different etiologies, spanning from disease onset to transition. (4) We developed a prognostic prediction model for pDoC children and validated its clinical utility

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

(1) 年龄1岁-18岁，性别不限； (2)明确诊断pDoC，根据诊断标准分为VS/UWS及MCS； (3)具有完整临床CRS-R评估资料；

Inclusion criteria

(1) Aged 1-18 years, regardless of sex; (2) Diagnosed with pediatric disorders of consciousness (pDoC) and classified into vegetative state/unresponsive wakefulness syndrome (VS/UWS) or minimally conscious state (MCS) based on established diagnostic criteria; (3) Availability of complete clinical Coma Recovery Scale-Revised (CRS-R) assessment records.

排除标准：

(1)既往有明确的遗传性疾病、先天性代谢性疾病、肿瘤或脑损伤病史； (2)受试者在受伤前有发育性障碍疾病； (3)临床及评估资料不完整者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Documented history of genetic diseases, congenital metabolic disorders, tumors, or pre-existing brain injuries; (2) Presence of pre-existing developmental disorders prior to the onset of the disorder; (3) Incomplete clinical or assessment records.
