研究目的：

提高腺瘤检出率。 (1) 评估新型泻药组合、个性化饮食控制方案及微信小程序能否改善满意度，提高肠道清洁质量，提高患者的腺瘤检出率。 (2) 评估基于深度学习算法的肠道准备质量控制系统能否提高肠道清洁质量，提高患者的腺瘤检出率。  

Objectives of Study：

Improving Adenoma Detection Rate: (1) Assess whether novel laxative combinations, personalized dietary control schemes, and WeChat mini - programs can enhance satisfaction, improve bowel cleansing quality, and boost patients' adenoma detection rate. (2) Evaluate if a deep - learning - based bowel preparation quality control system can raise bowel cleansing quality and increase patients' adenoma detection rate.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

(1) 内镜中心接受结肠镜检查的受试者; (2) 男性或女性,年龄18—85岁(包括18和85岁): (3) 自愿参加本研究，签署知情同意书

Inclusion criteria

(1) Participants undergoing colonoscopy at the endoscopy center; (2) Males or females aged 18–85 years (inclusive); (3) Willing to participate in the study and sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

(1) 对试验研究药物任何成份过敏者； (2)不能按方案要求服用药物者; (3)试验开始前7天内,使用过研究药物或其他肠道准备剂、使用过影响胃肠动力学的药物；使用过三环抗抑郁药物、苯二氮平类药物的受试者; (4)严重的心、脑血管病变、凝血机制异常、恶性肿瘤、电解质异常、癫痫,经研究者判断不适合参加试验者; (5)肾或肝功能不全； (6)确诊或疑似胃肠道梗阻、胃潴留、胃轻瘫、胃排空障碍或急性胃肠道出血者; (7)腹腔脏器穿孔; (8)已知有息肉需进行镜下治疗的受试者; (9)中毒性结肠炎或中毒性巨结肠者: (10)有急性重度结肠炎的受试者;急性弥漫性腹膜炎、腹内广泛粘连者: 有胃肠道大型手术史; 己知腹水的受试者; 需要通过肠镜取异物和减压者; (11)筛选期妊娠检查阳性或有怀孕计划的女性、哺乳期女性: (12)近3个月内参加了其它任何临床试验的受试者; (13)研究者认为受试者有其它任何不应入选的情况.

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Individuals allergic to any component of the investigational drug; (2) Individuals unable to take the medication as required by the protocol; (3) Individuals who, within 7 days prior to the start of the study, have used the investigational drug or other bowel preparation agents, drugs affecting gastrointestinal motility, tricyclic antidepressants, or benzodiazepines; (4) Individuals with severe cardiovascular or cerebrovascular diseases, coagulation disorders, malignancies, electrolyte abnormalities, or epilepsy, deemed unsuitable for participation by the investigator; (5) Renal or hepatic insufficiency; (6) Individuals diagnosed or suspected with gastrointestinal obstruction, gastric retention, gastroparesis, delayed gastric emptying, or acute gastrointestinal bleeding; (7) Perforation of intra-abdominal organs; (8) Subjects known to have polyps requiring endoscopic treatment; (9) Individuals diagnosed with toxic colitis or toxic megacolon; (10) Subjects with acute severe colitis; individuals with acute diffuse peritonitis or extensive intra-abdominal adhesions; individuals with a history of major gastrointestinal surgery; subjects known to have ascites; or individuals requiring foreign body removal or decompression via endoscopy; (11) Female subjects who are pregnancy test positive during screening, planning to become pregnant, or currently breastfeeding; (12) Subjects who have participated in any other clinical trial within the past 3 months; (13) Individuals whom the investigator believes have any other condition that should preclude their participation in the study.
