研究目的：

1.准确评价患儿照顾者和医护人员的疼痛管理行为，分析其疼痛管理行为模式，为深入解析疼痛管理实践问题，针对性地改进儿科疼痛管理质量提供实证依据。 2.深入剖析患儿照顾者和医护人员疼痛管理行为模式的影响因素，揭示疼痛管理实践问题的本质，为构建靶向干预策略规范疼痛管理行为提供参考。  

Objectives of Study：

1.To evaluate the pain management behaviors of caregivers and healthcare providers for pediatric patients, to analyze their pain management behavior patterns, and to provide empirical evidence for addressing pain management practices and improving the quality of pediatric pain management 2.To deeply analyze the influencing factors of pain management behavior patterns among caregivers and healthcare providers for pediatric patients, to uncover the essence of issues in pain management practices, and to provide references for developing targeted intervention strategies to standardize pain management behaviors.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.儿科医护人员。取得执业资格证书并完成注册；从事儿科医疗、 护理工作1年及以上，直接负责病房内患儿诊疗、护理工作的管床医生或责任护士；知情同意并自愿参与本研究；
2.患儿主要照护者。住院时间＞72h的患儿的父母或（外）祖父 母，且为患儿住院期间的主要照顾者；年龄＞18岁；具有一定的中文 阅读和理解水平；对本研究知情同意，愿意配合调查；

Inclusion criteria

1.Pediatric medical staff who: have obtained professional qualification certificates and completed registration; have been directly responsible for patient diagnosis and care in pediatric wards as attending physicians or primary nurses for 1 year or more; have provided informed consent and voluntarily participate in this research;
2.Primary caregiver of the pediatric patient. Parents or (external) grandparents of pediatric patients hospitalized for >72 hours, who are the main caregivers during the child's hospital stay; aged >18 years; with a certain level of Chinese reading and comprehension; who provide informed consent for this research and are willing to cooperate with the investigation;

排除标准：

1.住院患儿家长：存在认知或言语沟通障碍；
2.儿科医护人员：因病假、产假或其他原因无法参与研究者；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Pediatric patient caregivers who have cognitive or verbal communication impairments.
2.Pediatric healthcare providers who are unable to participate in the study due to sick leave, maternity leave, or other reasons.

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Quantitative Data: Researchers conducted non-participant observations at potential time points when pain management behaviors might occur, recording data on healthcare professionals' pain management behaviors. During their free time, researchers collected data on factors influencing healthcare professionals' pain management behaviors through questionnaires. Similarly, during caregivers' free time, researchers collected data on caregivers' pain management behaviors and influencing factors using questionnaires. Quantitative data was double-entered using Epi.Data 3.1 software. Qualitative Data: Based on the results of the quantitative data, researchers selected participants for the qualitative study. During their free time, researchers conducted in-depth individual interviews with healthcare professionals and caregivers using a self-developed outline to gather their views, understanding, and factors influencing pain management behaviors. NVivo 12.0 software was used to organize the qualitative data.Qualitative data: Using the results of the quantitative data as a guide, participants for the qualitative study are selected. During their free time, researchers collect healthcare providers' and child caregivers' views, perceptions, and influencing factors regarding pain management behaviors through individual in-depth interviews, using a self-prepared outline. Qualitative data is organized using Nvivo 12.0 software.
