研究目的：

a) 评估HPV抗体检测芯片分析体系（灵敏度、特异性、重复性）。 b) 发现HPV疫苗接种前后机体血清抗体水平的变化规律。 c) 明确中国女性群体HPV-L1高频线性表位位点。 d) 探究HPV疫苗保护效果的作用机制。  

Objectives of Study：

a) Evaluate the analytical performance of the HPV antibody detection chip, including sensitivity, specificity, and reproducibility. b) Investigate the dynamic changes in serum antibody levels before and after HPV vaccination. c) Identify high-frequency linear epitopes of HPV-L1 in the Chinese female population. d) Explore the underlying mechanisms of the protective efficacy of HPV vaccines.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.本人知情同意，并签署知情同意书； 2.参加本试验前未使用过HPV疫苗产品（包括已上市及未上市疫苗）； 3.18-45岁女性，既往健康状况良好；

Inclusion criteria

1.emale, aged 18 to 45 years, in generally good health based on medical history and clinical assessment;
2.Willing and able to provide written informed consent;
3.Has previously received at least one dose of an HPV vaccine (including approved/licensed or investigational products) prior to enrollment;

排除标准：

1.既往接种过HPV疫苗；
2.怀孕或哺乳期妇女；
3.有明确的宫颈癌及癌前病变疾病史；
4.既往有晕血晕针等症状者；
5.既往有慢性病、血液病病史者；
6.既往有蛋白过敏史者；
7.身体或精神上无法接受研究所需的检查者；
8.不同意签署知情同意者；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Individuals who have already received HPV vaccination (outside of this study);
2.Pregnant or breastfeeding women;
3.History of cervical cancer or cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN);
4.Individuals who are physically or mentally unable to undergo study-related procedures;
5.History of syncope related to blood or needle exposure;
6.History of chronic diseases or hematologic disorders;
7.Known allergy to proteins;
8.Refusal or inability to provide written informed consent;
