研究目的：

探讨肾结石患者与健康人群在肠道菌群构成和色氨酸代谢产物水平上的差异，特别关注： (1)比较肾结石患者与健康对照者肠道菌群组成差异，重点分析唾液乳杆菌的相对丰度； (2)比较两组人群血清中吲哚-3-羧酸（ICA）和犬尿氨酸（Kyn）等色氨酸代谢物水平差异； (3)探索肠道菌群组成与色氨酸代谢产物水平之间的相关性； (4)分析不同环境条件（季节、温湿度）对肠道菌群和代谢物水平的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

Investigating the differences in gut microbiota composition and tryptophan metabolite levels between kidney stone patients and healthy individuals, with special focus on: (1) Comparing the gut microbiota composition between kidney stone patients and healthy controls, with emphasis on analyzing the relative abundance of Lactobacillus salivarius (2) Comparing the differences in tryptophan metabolite levels such as indole-3-carboxylic acid (ICA) and kynurenine (Kyn) in serum between the two groups (3) Exploring the correlation between gut microbiota composition and tryptophan metabolite levels (4) Analyzing the influence of different environmental conditions (seasons, temperature and humidity) on gut microbiota and metabolite levels

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

肾结石患者入选标准 1）年龄>=18岁； 2）经超声、CT或尿路造影确诊诊断为肾结石； 3）愿意提供粪便样本和血清样本用于研究； 4）无近3个月内抗菌药物使用史； 5）已签署并日期明确的知情同意书，表明患者或其合法代表已充分了解研究相关信息，并同意参与。 健康对照组入选标准 1）年龄>=18岁； 2）无肾结石病史及家族史； 3）影像学检查（如腹部超声）未见肾结石； 4）愿意提供粪便样本和血清样本用于研究； 5）无近3个月内抗生素使用史； 6）已签署并日期明确的知情同意书，表明志愿者已充分了解研究相关信息，并同意参与。

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria for patients with kidney stones 1) Age>=18 years; 2) Diagnosed with kidney stones by ultrasound, CT or urography; 3) Willing to provide stool samples and serum samples for study; 4) No history of antimicrobial use in the past 3 months; 5) Signed and dated informed consent indicating that the patient or his/her legal representative is fully informed of the study-related information and agrees to participate. Inclusion criteria for the healthy control group 1) Age>=18 years; 2) No history of kidney stones and family history; 3) Imaging examination (such as abdominal ultrasound) showed no kidney stones; 4) Willing to provide stool samples and serum samples for research; 5) No history of antibiotic use in the past 3 months; 6) Signed and dated informed consent indicating that the volunteer is fully informed about the study-related information and agrees to participate.

排除标准：

1）近3个月内使用过抗菌药物、益生菌； 2）伴有活动性尿路感染； 3）伴有其他系统严重疾病，如肝肾功能不全、心脏或肺部疾病、恶性肿瘤和免疫缺陷状态； 4）泌尿系先天性畸形； 5）既往有肾移植或尿流改道手术史； 6）妊娠或哺乳期妇女； 7）伴有肠道慢性疾病，如炎症性肠病、肠易激综合征等； 8）无法按照研究方案提供样本或完成随访； 9）近3个月内参与其他临床研究； 10）研究者认为不适合参加本研究的其他情况。

Exclusion criteria：

1)Use of antimicrobials or probiotics within the past 3 months; 2)Presence of active urinary tract infection; 3)Presence of other serious systemic diseases, such as hepatic or renal insufficiency, cardiac or pulmonary diseases, malignant tumors, and immunodeficiency states; 4)Congenital urinary tract abnormalities; 5)Previous history of kidney transplantation or urinary diversion surgery; 6)Pregnant or lactating women; 7)Presence of chronic intestinal diseases, such as inflammatory bowel disease, irritable bowel syndrome, etc.; 8)Inability to provide samples or complete follow-up according to the research protocol; 9)Participation in other clinical studies within the past 3 months; 10)Other conditions deemed unsuitable for participation in this study by the researcher.
