研究目的：

本项目从认知—行为—脑功能多维度探究注意缺陷多动障碍共患汉语阅读障碍儿童的认知缺陷及其神经机制，并基于关键脑区影像表征、结构—功能连接和脑网络，进而揭示共患儿特异性的影像生物标记，为临床非侵入性、客观性评估提供有效途径，并对干预靶脑区设计提供科学依据。  

Objectives of Study：

This project investigates the cognitive deficits and underlying neural mechanisms in children with comorbid attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) and Chinese developmental dyslexia. Integrating cognitive-behavioral and neurofunctional perspectives, it utilizes imaging representations of key brain regions, structural and functional brain networks, and connectivity analyses. The primary goals are to identify specific neuroimaging biomarkers unique to this comorbid group and to establish a non-invasive, objective approach for clinical assessment. Furthermore, the findings aim to provide a scientific basis for designing interventions focusing on targeted brain regions.

纳入标准：

符合以下1条标准即可： 1.门诊人群来源：右利手儿童有阅读障碍或/和注意缺陷多动障碍—注意缺陷亚型待查诊断； 2.学校人群来源：①老师推荐右利手儿童且语文成绩排名倒数10%名次；②儿童就读小学2~6年级且第一语言为汉语普通话；③韦氏智力量表分数>=80分；④家长知情同意参与研究。

Inclusion criteria

One of the following criteria is sufficient: 1. Outpatient population source: right-handed children with dyslexia or/and attention deficit hyperactivity disorder - attention deficit subtype to be diagnosed; 2. Sources of school population: (1) The teacher recommends right-handed children and ranks in the bottom 10% of Chinese scores; (2) Children are enrolled in primary school grades 2~6 and their first language is Mandarin Chinese; (3) Wechsler Intelligence Scale score>=80 points; (4) Informed consent of parents to participate in the study.

排除标准：

符合其中1条即排除： 1.左利手、韦氏智力测定＜80分； 2.孤独症谱系障碍等其他神经发育障碍性疾病； 3.既往任何时间接受过精神类药物治疗； 4.色盲、听觉或视觉异常； 5.颅内结构异常或脑外伤丧失意识超过10分钟； 6.受试者或其照护者无法遵守项目流程。

Exclusion criteria：

If one of the conditions is met, it is excluded: 1. Left hand, Wechsler intelligence test< 80 points; 2. Other neurodevelopmental disorders such as autism spectrum disorder; 3. Have received psychiatric medication at any time in the past; 4. Color blindness, auditory or visual abnormalities; 5. Intracranial structural abnormalities or traumatic brain injury, loss of consciousness for more than 10 minutes; 6. Inability of the subject or their caregiver to comply with the program process.
