将1型糖尿病发病机制、Maresin1作用、免疫炎症联系起来，了解1型糖尿病患者Maresin1水平表达与免疫炎症指数是否存在关联,为1型糖尿病的治疗提供新思路。  

Objectives of Study：

Linking the pathogenesis of type 1 diabetes, the role of Maresin 1, and immune inflammation, to understand whether there is a correlation between the expression levels of Maresin 1 and immune inflammatory indexes in patients with type 1 diabetes, and to provide new ideas for the treatment of type 1 diabetes.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

将成都市温江区人民医院 2025 年 6 月～ 2025 年 12 月期间收治的 50例 1型糖尿病患者作为病例组，选择同期该院体检中心的健康体检者50 例为对照组，记录一般临床资料，检测两组血液血常规、CRP、肝肾功能、血脂、尿微量蛋白测定、颈动脉彩超、ABI、双侧震动阈值、眼底检查、采用酶联免疫吸附法ELISA检测血清 Maresin1水平，计算免疫炎症指数，统计学分析血清Maresin1水平表达与免疫炎症指数的相关性。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

Patients with type 1 diabetes admitted to People's Hospital of Wenjiang District, Chengdu from June 2025 to December 2025 were selected as the case group, and 50 healthy individuals who underwent physical examinations at the hospital's health check-up center during the same period were chosen as the control group. General clinical data were recorded, and blood routine, CRP, liver and kidney function, blood lipids, urine microalbumin, carotid artery color Doppler ultrasound, ABI, bilateral vibration threshold, and fundus examination were performed for both groups. The serum Maresin 1 levels were detected using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA), and the immune-inflammatory index was calculated. The correlation between the expression of serum Maresin 1 levels and the immune-inflammatory index was analyzed statistically. 

纳入标准：

1.选取2025 年6月至2025年12月于成都市温江区人民医院内分泌科门诊及住院的T1DM患者50例为病例组（年龄14～60 岁，均符合 WHO关于T1DM诊断标准）。同期该院体检中心的健康体检者50 例为对照组。2.交流沟通无障碍者。3.临床资料齐全者。

Inclusion criteria

Patients with type 1 diabetes mellitus (T1DM) who visited the endocrinology outpatient department or were hospitalized at People's Hospital of Wenjiang District, Chengdu from June to December 2025 were selected as the case group (50 cases, aged 14 to 60 years, all meeting the WHO diagnostic criteria for T1DM). Fifty healthy individuals who underwent physical examinations at the hospital's health check-up center during the same period were chosen as the control group.2. Individuals with unobstructed communication abilities.3. Individuals with complete clinical data.

排除标准：

1.2型糖尿病患者或其他类型糖尿病患者。2.糖尿病酮症酸中毒、高渗昏迷或低血糖昏迷者。 3.急性感染者。4.长期大量使用噻嗪类利尿剂、糖皮质激素等影响糖脂代谢的药物者。5.有严重的心、脑血管病史者；有高血压病、甲状腺疾病、血液系统疾病、风湿免疫性疾病或恶性肿瘤病史者。6.外伤或围手术期者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with type 2 diabetes or other types of diabetes.2. Patients with diabetic ketoacidosis, hyperosmolar hyperglycemic state, or hypoglycemic coma.3. Patients with acute infections.4. Patients who have long-term, heavy use of thiazide diuretics, glucocorticoids, or other drugs that affect glucose and lipid metabolism.5. Patients with a history of severe cardiovascular or cerebrovascular diseases; patients with a history of hypertension, thyroid disease, hematologic disorders, rheumatologic or immunologic diseases, or malignant tumors.6. Patients with trauma or those in the perioperative period.
