研究目的：

本研究通过回顾性调查并建立前瞻性队列，收集患者流行病学、临床特点、危险因素、诊疗方案、患者预后等资料，分析真菌感染的危险因素、临床特点及预后，为真菌感染的诊治提供依据。  

Objectives of Study：

In this study, through retrospective investigations and the establishment of a prospective cohort, data on patients' epidemiology, clinical characteristics, risk factors, diagnosis and treatment plans, and patient prognosis were collected. Then, the risk factors, clinical characteristics and prognosis of fungal infections were analyzed to provide a basis for the diagnosis and treatment of fungal infections.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）患者有真菌感染的高危因素；（2）相应部位有影像学和（或）病原学、活检支持；（3）G实验和（或）GM实验阳性；（4）其他临床医师判定为深部真菌感染的病例。

Inclusion criteria

(1) The patient has high-risk factors for fungal infection. (2) There is support from imaging, etiology and/or biopsy in the corresponding parts. (3) The G test and/or GM test are positive. (4) Other cases judged as deep fungal infections by clinicians.

排除标准：

（1）年龄小于14岁或孕妇患者；（2）其他临床医师判定为定植的情况。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patients who are under 14 years old or pregnant women; (2) Other situations judged as colonization by clinicians.
