研究目的：

（1）本研究采用临床随机对照试验观察不同时间介入耳穴贴压治疗寒湿凝滞型原发性痛经的临床疗效，探究耳穴贴压治疗寒湿凝滞型原发性痛经的最佳介入时间。 （2）比较不同时间耳穴贴压治疗寒湿凝滞型原发性痛经的疗效差异，为临床优化寒湿凝滞型原发性痛经的治疗方案提供理论依据。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) This study used a randomized controlled clinical trial to observe the clinical efficacy of ear acupoint pressing at different times in the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea caused by cold dampness stagnation, and to explore the optimal intervention time for ear acupoint pressing in the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea caused by cold dampness stagnation. (2) Compare the therapeutic effects of ear acupoint pressing at different times on primary dysmenorrhea caused by cold dampness stagnation, providing a theoretical basis for optimizing the treatment plan for primary dysmenorrhea caused by cold dampness stagnation in clinical practice.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）符合寒湿凝滞型痛经的诊断标准； （2）年龄在18-28岁的河北中医学院在校女大学生； （3）病程6个月～15年； （3）月经周期基本正常（28±7天）； （4）试验前三个月 VAS 量表评分平均≥40mm； （5）试验前 24 小时内未服用任何止痛药物或接受其他治疗方法。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Meets the diagnostic criteria for cold dampness stagnation type dysmenorrhea; (2) Female college students aged 18-28 at Hebei University of Traditional Chinese Medicine; (3) The course of the disease ranges from 6 months to 15 years; (3) The menstrual cycle is basically normal (28 +/- 7 days); (4) The average score of VAS scale in the first three months of the experiment is >= 40mm; (5) Did not take any painkillers or receive other treatment methods within 24 hours before the trial.

排除标准：

（1）生殖器官有子宫内膜异位症、盆腔炎、生殖器官发育异常、子宫肌瘤、子宫腺肌症、卵巢肿瘤等明显器质性病变者； （2）其他脏器功能不全者、精神疾病患者、合并高热等； （3）对耳穴贴胶布过敏者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Individuals with obvious organic lesions such as endometriosis, pelvic inflammatory disease, reproductive organ developmental abnormalities, uterine fibroids, adenomyosis, ovarian tumors, etc. in the reproductive organs; (2) Patients with other organ dysfunction, mental illness, and concomitant high fever; (3) Individuals who are allergic to ear patch adhesive.
