研究目的：

肝细胞癌是我国高发癌种，但其诊疗面临起病隐匿、早诊率低、复发率高、侵袭性强和死亡率高等困境。长期临床实践证明，在 HCC 发生的早期及时检出肿瘤是提高患者生存率的关键因素之一。本研究旨在检测外周血 circRNA，并结合临床特征构建多组学智能学习模型，辅助肝癌智能早诊和复发预警。  

Objectives of Study：

Hepatocellular carcinoma is a high-risk cancer in China, but its diagnosis and treatment face challenges such as insidious onset, low early diagnosis rate, high recurrence rate, strong invasiveness, and high mortality rate. Long term clinical practice has proven that timely detection of tumors in the early stages of HCC is one of the key factors in improving patient survival rates. The aim of this study is to detect peripheral blood circRNA and construct a multi-omics intelligent learning model based on clinical characteristics to assist in intelligent early diagnosis and recurrence warning of liver cancer.

纳入标准：

1.实验组为为经临床或病理诊断为肝癌患者；
2.对照组为无肿瘤病史健康人群；

Inclusion criteria

1.The experimental group consists of patients diagnosed with liver cancer through clinical or pathological examination.
2.The control group consists of healthy individuals without a history of cancer.

排除标准：

1.认知功能障碍；
2.出凝血功能异常等研究者认为不适宜采血情况；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Cognitive impairment;
2.Researchers believe that blood collection is not suitable due to abnormal coagulation function and other conditions.
