研究目的：

开发基于常规超声日常检查获得的压缩式血管检查视频数据开发的血栓识别算法并应用于监测式贴片超声设备，验证其对下肢深静脉血栓识别的准确性。  

Objectives of Study：

Development of a thrombus recognition algorithm based on compressed angiographic video data obtained from routine ultrasound daily examinations and its application to a monitoring patch ultrasound device to validate its accuracy in recognising lower limb deep vein thrombosis.

纳入标准：

1.健康受试者纳入标准 ①本院门诊及住院患者 ②经常规超声检查确认当下无下肢深静脉血栓或者存在股静脉/腘静脉/胫后静脉血栓患者 ③年龄18-80岁，男女不限。 ④患者自愿，或经法定代理人同意自愿参加本项研究，并签署知情同意书。 2.血栓患者纳入标准 ① 本院门诊及住院患者 ② 经常规超声检查确诊下肢深静脉血栓或者存在股静脉/腘静脉/胫后静脉血栓患者 ③ 年龄18-80岁，男女不限。 ④ 患者自愿，或经法定代理人同意自愿参加本项研究，并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria for healthy subjects 1.Outpatients and inpatients of our hospital 2. Patients with no lower extremity deep vein thrombosis or femoral/popliteal/post-tibial vein thrombosis as confirmed by routine ultrasound examination. 3. Age 18-80 years old, male or female. 4.Patients voluntarily, or with the consent of their legal representatives voluntarily participate in this study and sign an informed consent form. Inclusion criteria of thrombus patients 1.Outpatients and inpatients of our hospital 2.Patients diagnosed with lower extremity deep vein thrombosis or femoral/popliteal/posterior tibial vein thrombosis by routine ultrasound examination. 3.Age 18-80 years old, men and women are not limited. 4.Patients voluntarily, or with the consent of their legal representatives voluntarily participate in this study and sign an informed consent form.

排除标准：

①无法耐受超声检查者 ②患者下肢软组织极度肿胀，无法被贴片超声探头压闭的患者

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients who cannot tolerate ultrasound examination. 2.Patients with extreme swelling of the soft tissues of the lower limbs that cannot be compressed by the patch ultrasound probe.

Routine ultrasound to confirm the diagnosis of lower limb venous thrombosis.

待评估的诊断试验：贴片式超声监测设备结合人工智能算法，用于自动扫查和实时处理动态超声数据，以识别下肢深静脉血栓（DVT）。 设备名称：贴片式超声监测设备（已获得国家二类医疗器械注册证：川械注准20242060267）。 方法：通过贴片式超声设备采集下肢静脉的超声图像，结合人工智能算法对图像进行分析，实现DVT的自动识别和预警。

Index test:

Diagnostic test to be evaluated: patch ultrasound monitoring device combined with artificial intelligence algorithms for automatic sweeping and real-time processing of dynamic ultrasound data to identify deep vein thrombosis (DVT) in the lower limbs. Device name: Patch-type ultrasound monitoring device (has obtained the national Class II medical device registration certificate: ChuanMeIuZhuQi20242060267). Methods: The ultrasound images of lower limb veins were acquired by the patch ultrasound device, and the images were analysed by combining with artificial intelligence algorithms to achieve automatic identification and early warning of DVT.
