观察内镜下套扎术治疗脱垂痔的疗效及安全性  

Objectives of Study：

Observation on the efficacy and safety of endoscopic ligation in the treatment of prolapsed hemorrhoids

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①年龄大于 18 岁，男女不限，②同意进行本研究，并能完成随访；③符合本病诊断标准的Ⅱ-Ⅲ度内痔及混合痔有脱垂症状患者；④不愿接受外科手术者。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age greater than 18 years, male or female; 2.consent for this study and ability to complete follow-up; 3.patients with prolapsed symptoms of internal hemorrhoids and mixed hemorrhoids of degree II-III who meet the diagnostic criteria for this disease; 4. those who are unwilling to undergo surgical procedures.

排除标准：

①妊娠或哺乳期妇女；②患者合并有全身感染或严重疾病者；③伴血液系统疾病或者 凝血功能障碍者；④伴有结直肠肿瘤患者

Exclusion criteria：

1.pregnant or lactating women; 2.patients with systemic infections or serious diseases; 3.patients with hematologic diseases or patients with hematologic diseases or coagulation disorders; 4. Patients with colorectal tumors.
