Exploring the Pathogenesis and Targeted Therapy of High Altitude Polycythemia

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

海拔 2500m 以上的世居者或久居者（居住时间>=半年）。

Inclusion criteria

Permanent residents or long-term residents (residing for >=6 months) at altitudes above 2,500 meters.

排除标准：

1、居住海拔2500m以下；2、、居住时间、居住时间=<半年；3、合并慢性阻塞性肺病、肺结核、先天性心脏病、肺气肿、慢性支气管炎、支气管扩张症、囊性纤维化、肺癌等患者；4、真性红细胞增多症。

Exclusion criteria：

Residence altitude below 2,500 meters. Residence time of =<6 months at high altitude. Presence of comorbid conditions, such as: Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), Tuberculosis, Congenital heart disease, Emphysema, Chronic bronchitis, Bronchiectasis, Cystic fibrosis, Lung cancer. polycythemia vera
