研究目的：

分析结直肠癌循环肿瘤细胞(CTC)中AGR2表达谱，了解AGR2 mRNA表达与上皮间质CTC生物学特性差异的相关性；研究AGR2 mRNA在组织中的表达情况，和CTC的表达情况做对比；分析上皮、间质、混合型CTC数量、CTM数量及组织中CTC AGR2基因mRNA表达与结直肠癌复发进展转移及预后的相关性。  

Objectives of Study：

To analyze the expression profile of AGR2 in colorectal cancer circulating tumor cells (CTCs), and to understand the correlation between AGR2 mRNA expression and the differences in the biological properties of epithelial mesenchymal CTCs; to study the expression of AGR2 mRNA in the tissues and compare it with that of the CTCs; to analyze the number of epithelial, mesenchymal, and mixed-type CTCs, the number of CTMs, and the mRNA of the AGR2 gene of CTCs in the tissues. expression correlated with recurrence progression metastasis and prognosis of colorectal cancer.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1) 明确诊断的结直肠癌初治患者； 2) 术前未行新辅助化疗及其他任何抗肿瘤治疗； 3) 不伴有其他器官恶性肿瘤； 4) 接受结直肠癌手术治疗的患者； 5) 美国东部肿瘤协作组活动状态评分表（ECOG）表现状态为 0-2； 6) 18 岁≤年龄≤75 岁； 7) 无转移，预测无病时间＞６个月； 8) 愿意并有能力遵守预定的就诊、治疗计划，实验室检查和其他研究程序； 9) 病历资料齐全。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients with a clear diagnosis of colorectal cancer in primary treatment; 2. not undergoing neoadjuvant chemotherapy and any other anti-tumor treatments before the operation 3. Not accompanied by malignant tumors of other organs; 4. Patients undergoing surgical treatment for colorectal cancer; 5. have a performance status of 0-2 on the Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group (ECOG) Activity Status Scale; 6. 18 years <= age <= 75 years; 7. Metastasis-free with a predicted disease-free time > 6 months; 8. Willingness and ability to comply with scheduled visits, treatment plans, laboratory tests and other study procedures; 9. Complete medical records.

排除标准：

1. 结直肠癌未明确诊断； 2. 结直肠癌 IV 期患者； 3. 术前接受过抗肿瘤治疗； 4. 患者排斥该研究； 5. 伴有其他器官恶性肿瘤； 6. 术后 4 周仍伴有严重并发疾病的患者； 7. 怀孕或哺乳； 8. 其他严重的急性或慢性生理或精神疾病； 9. 失访患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Unspecified diagnosis of colorectal cancer; 2. Patients with stage IV colorectal cancer; 3. preoperative antitumor therapy; 4. patients rejecting the study; 5. with malignant tumors of other organs; 6. patients with serious concomitant diseases at 4 weeks postoperatively; 7. pregnancy or breastfeeding; 8. other severe acute or chronic physical or mental illness; 9. Patients who have been lost to follow-up.
