研究目的：

本研究旨在利用人工智能技术，结合大样本量的临床资料、辅助检查结果及鼾声声学特征等多维度数据，通过机器学习探索一种能够综合现有主客观指标的智能诊断体系，以辅助临床医生评估患儿手术指征。此体系将提升儿童睡眠呼吸暂停诊断的准确性和治疗的科学性，并有助于大规模患儿评估筛查。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to use artificial intelligence technology, combined with a large sample of clinical data, auxiliary examination results, snoring acoustic characteristics and other multidimensional data, and explore an intelligent diagnosis system that can integrate existing subjective and objective indicators through machine learning to assist clinicians in evaluating surgical indications of children. This system will improve the accuracy of diagnosis and scientific treatment of sleep apnea in children, and help to evaluate and screen large-scale children.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.0-18 岁患儿； 2.临床症状提示有腺样体和（或）扁桃体肥大； 3.无接受腺样体和（或）扁桃体肥大手术治疗的禁忌症； 4.无接受软性电子鼻咽喉镜检查的禁忌症。

Inclusion criteria

1.Children aged 1.0 to 18 years; 2. Clinical symptoms suggest adenoid and/or tonsillar hypertrophy; 3. No contraindications to surgical treatment of adenoid and/or tonsillar hypertrophy; 4. No contraindications to soft electronic rhinolaryngoscopy.

排除标准：

1.有腺样体和（或）扁桃体切除手术史患儿； 2.需要直接进行手术治疗，无需随访治疗的患儿； 3.存在接受腺样体和（或）扁桃体肥大手术的禁忌症； 4.存在接受软性电子鼻咽喉镜检查的禁忌症； 5.合并其他系统疾病； 6.存在颌面部结构异常； 7.无法获得知情同意者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Children with a history of adenoids and/or tonsillectomy; 2. Children who need direct surgical treatment without follow-up treatment; 3. Presence of contraindications to undergoing surgery for adenoid and (or) tonsillar hypertrophy; 4. Presence of contraindications to undergoing soft electronic rhinolaryngoscopy; 5. Combined with other systemic diseases; 6. Presence of abnormal maxillofacial structure; 7. Those who are unable to obtain informed consent.
