研究目的：

探讨预先面部涂抹利多卡因胶浆预防儿童麻醉中人工气道固定胶带相关皮肤损伤的有效性和安全性。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the efficacy and safety of applying lidocaine mucilage on the face in preventing skin injury associated with artificial airway fixation tape in children under anesthesia

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄2-5周岁；2.麻醉中需要置入人工气道（喉罩/气管导管）；3.双侧面颊皮肤无损伤；4.家属在充分了解本研究基础上，自愿同意。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age2- 5 years old; 2. Artificial airway (laryngeal mask/endotracheal tube) needs to be placed in anesthesia; 3. No damage on the cheeks; 4. Family members voluntarily agree on the basis of fully understanding this study.

排除标准：

1.麻醉时间≦1小时； 2.合并严重的先天性疾病、感知觉障碍、精神障碍等；3.术前异常皮肤状况，如面部湿疹、皮疹、水肿及慢性皮肤溃疡等；4.严重过敏性体质、免疫系统低下/缺陷、全身应用糖皮质激素者，或对方案中使用的物品、药物过敏者；5.合并营养不良、发热、贫血、低蛋白血症者；6.既往有粘胶剂损伤史；7.目前正在参加其他药物研究的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Anesthesia time<=1 hour; 2. Combined with severe congenital diseases, perceptual disorders, mental disorders, etc.; 3. Abnormal skin conditions before surgery, such as facial eczema, rash, edema and chronic skin ulcers; 4. Those with severe allergic constitution, weakened/deficient immune system, systemic glucocorticoids, or allergies to the items and drugs used in the program; 5. Patients with malnutrition, fever, anemia and hypoproteinemia; 6. History of adhesive injury in the past; 7. Patients who are currently participating in other drug investigations.
