研究目的：

通过单中心、开放、前瞻性真实世界研究，以可切除的原发性肝癌患者为研究对象，将入组患者分为 2 组：治疗方式1 组ICG荧光引导肝部分切除术和治疗方式 2 组解剖性肝部分切除术，利用分析软件分析不同手术方式对可切除肝癌患者生存时间（3年生存率）、手术时间、术中出血，手术并发症发生情况和术后病理指标（肝功能恢复情况、生活质量、并发症情况及生存情况等），从而明确ICG荧光引导肝部分切除术对可切除肝癌的临床疗效，为可切除肝癌患者的临床治疗提供循证学依据。  

Objectives of Study：

In a single-center, open, prospective real-world study, patients with resectable primary liver cancer were enrolled in two groups: ICG fluorescence-guided partial hepatectomy for treatment mode 1 and anatomical partial hepatectomy for treatment mode 2, and the effects of different surgical modalities on the survival of patients with resectable liver cancer (3-year survival rate), surgical time, intra-operative bleeding, the occurrence of complications and postoperative pathological indexes (liver function recovery, quality of life, complications and survival, etc.) were analyzed by using analytical software. Complications and postoperative pathological indexes (liver function recovery, quality of life, complications and survival, etc.), so as to clarify the clinical efficacy of ICG fluorescence-guided partial hepatectomy for resectable hepatocellular carcinoma, and to provide an evidence-based basis for the clinical treatment of resectable hepatocellular carcinoma patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①行病理学或腹部增强CT/MRI检查，并符合中国2022版原发性肝癌诊疗规范定义的肝癌患者； ②符合RECIST标准的可测量病灶； ③可切除定义为肝脏储备功能良好的CNLC Ia期、Ib期、IIa期的原发性肝癌，肿瘤不位于肝脏的中央部位且远离大血管、胆管、肝门等无法切除的区域。其他身体状况：患者评估后具备手术的一般安全条件，包括良好的心肺功能、无严重合并症、无禁忌症等。 ④既往未经治疗的患者； ⑤肝功能Child-Pugh分级Ａ级，且美国东部肿瘤协作组体力状态活动（ECOGPS）评分＜2分； ⑥对各种治疗方案均知情了解且门诊随访依从性好，有完整的随访数据。

Inclusion criteria

1 Patients with hepatocellular carcinoma who underwent pathology or abdominal enhanced CT/MRI and met the definition of primary liver cancer diagnosis and treatment standard of China 2022 edition; 2 Measurable lesions that meet the RECIST criteria; 3 Resectable defined as primary liver cancer of CNLC stage Ia, Ib, or IIa with good liver reserve function, and the tumor is not located in the central part of the liver and far away from large blood vessels, bile ducts, hepatic hilar and other unresectable areas. Other physical conditions: patients are assessed to have general safety conditions for surgery, including good cardiopulmonary function, no serious comorbidities and no contraindications. 4 Previously untreated patients; 5 Liver function Child-Pugh grade A and Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group Physical Status Activity (ECOGPS) score <2; 6 Informed understanding of all treatment options and good compliance with outpatient follow-up, with complete follow-up data.

排除标准：

①合并心、脑、肾等重要器官器质性病变或伴随其他恶性肿瘤的患者； ②既往曾性肝癌其他治疗方式的患者； ③肝功能失代偿（肝功能 Child-Pugh分级B/C级）； ④临床资料缺失不全的患者； ⑤依从性差的患者、妊娠或哺乳期妇女。

Exclusion criteria：

1 Patients with combined organic lesions of important organs such as heart, brain and kidney or accompanied by other malignant tumors; 2 Patients with other treatment modalities of previous previous hepatocellular carcinoma; 3 Liver function failure (liver function Child-Pugh classification B/C); 4 Patients with incomplete clinical data; 5 Patients with poor compliance, pregnant or lactating women.
